Cautiously optimistic is how I'm feeling about that story
The concept of older Peter getting his powers later than inteded is quite refreshing. Which also means the timeline of events is very different, so Peter has a new backstory.
Wonder how he is going to get his desire to become a hero if he dosent get the great power quote right after he gets his powrs.

what your talking about is a 4 part mini series called ultimate invasion and a solo book called ultimate universe. both written by jonathan hickman and set the groundwork for this universe

Hickman does good when executive tampering is at a minimum. Fantastic Four was awesome, especially with how it handles the family dynamic. X-Men was rough around the edges after
House/Powers of X but HoX/PoX itself was great. Avengers felt like the Avengers movie we should have received. We're in for a good time if it's inspired by Peter B. Parker since he's been by far one of my favorite iterations of Peter Parker in the past decade when 616 was falling apart. (Though Superior was pretty cool and recent Miles stuff was great..)
You gotta read Ultimate Invasion, I think that throws out your Tony as Goblin idea, but you should read it for yourself, it's setting up the new line, alongside Ultimate Universe, which comes out soon
Best guess for the preview pages would be the January 2024 Marvel solicitations, which you can find anywhere by typing that, or some out of context Ultimate Invasion/Universe panels

So in the ultimate invasion comic, the introduction to this new ultimate universe, the Maker, yes, the 1610 Reed Richards, alters events to his benefit so he can conquer the new ultimate universe, one of these events is him preventing peter from being bit when he was 16 inside horizon labs, which explains why he gets his power at an older age than usual. The universe's name is earth-6160 if you want to do more research or something.

Some bullshit he had been a Hero for a Year! Hopefully the new Ultimate Universe will have a better timeline cause by the time Volume 8 came out, it was already six months since his last fight with Kingpin. And another six months between Ultimatum and The World According to Peter Parker. So yeah, a better timeline, let's say his kids are 12 and 8, maybe age them by three years in let's say 30 Volumes? Which does sound like a lot I know, but honestly a lot of interesting stories they can tell and you can definitely see the difference with the Kids and all.

The maker made the universe and changed it up so that the heroes never came to be. He made loki kill odin and framed thor. He took the spider before it bit peter when he was a teen

I am so happy to see the return of not just the return of ultimate Spider-Man even though that does help yes, but no the biggest thing I am super excited about this new series is that we finally get a return of Peter Parker and Mary Jane marriage also even cooler we finally get to see the return of both mayday parker the future spider-girl and Benjy parker her brother exist in this new ultimate marvel universe which makes so happy that finally I get return of my all time favorite couple in this new universe and Peter parker finally gets to be a dad in something besides mc2 of course which I do love by the way. I am so happy that we finally get to see Peter parker and Mary jane being parents again in something that hopefully destroys the mainstream book in sells and proves marvel that they are wrong and letting peter parker be a dad is the best course of action for his character to movie forward at least in my opinion.

An older Peter getting his powers is stupid I can already see the first issue Peter is busy with work or something and neglects his kids or something and then MJ or they're son who I already know he's name is Ben tells him "great power and responsibility"... Peter gets biten and somehow he's son or MJ or all of them die partially because of Peter's actions

Seeing as you haven't read it yet though, I won't get into why Tony being the Goblin wouldn't make sense to avoid spoilers, but I do recommend reading ultimate invasion and ultimate universe #1 to get context, since they're basically one long prologue to this universe.
