I think why Kratos seem smaller in GOW4 because the scale of the Norse world is larger compared to the Greeks. Atreus seems small, but if we put Atreus in the Greek world, he might be taller than most men.

The Colossus of Rhodes was meant to emulate Apollo, who was the Olympian Sun God. Which makes it really weird that GoW used Helios instead since Helios was a Titan in myth, and was overthrown and replaced with Apollo.

You are correct! The Colossus of Rhodes in real life was a statue of Helios, and the person who made this video couldn’t get a png of in-game Helios. That’s why it has 1.3 million views and only 26k likes.

Jormungandr is the product of Loki and a Jötnar called angrboda, which would explain the size. However, I doubt the two fucked to create jormungandr, he is probably more of a product of their combined magic, as opposed to a product of them fucking.
