Hey Lou. Absolutely stunning work! I have 4 bookmatched mesquite slabs that measure 4” x 20” x 120” that have been in my kiln for 3 years. Special pieces for a special project one day. The thought of flipping that top once it’s joined scares the hell out of me. I’ve followed your work for years.
Agreed. I am impressed with that base too - maintaining the natural edges. And he made a nice long run underneath - so chairs can easily fit without people bumping their legs on some base-structure.
