    Sarah, please enough with the "both sides" do this. Yes, both sides do something but one side does more of it, louder and with less care for the truth.
    But i should add, i do really like the rest of the podcast.

    The fact that you’re equating the voting rights act, ISL, mithapristone with the 14th amendment argument is why I think you people at the dispatch are either bad faith or selectively stupid. Normal people can read the 14th amendment, it’s not that long, there’s an easy argument that it applies to Trump and SCOTUS’s handing of that was abysmal and very different than how they’re handling presidential immunity.
