I worked as a tire monkey doing flat repairs on tire in the field. Couple things- you can drive over tire to separate bead or jack up truck and lower tire onto it to break bead. We have done it with a sledge or jump on it and dish soapy water in spray bottle. at 14:40 make sure bead is drop center( makes spooning tire on easier) steel toe boot or smooth rock holds bead down. Lube in bead is key to seating rim. A squeeze quart of lube for pulling electrical wires work really well. Also what we called monkey snot( a fiber infused slippery lube goop in a tub) for airing up. A “cheater”- a 1-2 gallon air tank with a ball valve and duck bill opening dumps a bunch or air instantly to set the bead (aimed into bead while airing up) can be made DIY by using small “spare air” tank, male air fitting-ball valve-pipe nipple, end squished in a vise(just brace against your thigh, keep away from the “boys”). Also remove the core when airing up to seat bead (greater air flow) they are pretty cheep. fiber goop is reusable and works great. I carry a spare tire(no rim and save weight and space). Use 3 tire spoons, way easier. You can stand on one while manipulating other two. Have a long 6-10foot hose, self grabbing hose chuck between gauge valve and tire when airing up to actually seat bead. You don’t want to be anywhere near tire if bead seats incorrectly on blow up/off! I’ve seen mangled Broken arm in person! It is seriously dangerous. Clamp a pair of vice grips to the rim so the tire dosn't spin. We call it cheating at work but is makes life easier.
Never seen this done before using low air pressure, thanks for that. Thanks also for the timer, though you can take a few minutes off those times for real life situations...filming and staying in frame takes time.

Trying to get your wheel and tire back to near balance is good but everyone must be aware their tire has been compermised and should operate their rig as such, it's ok to move, just use some caution, please

There is a product called extreme outback bead breaker for your high lift jack which is helpful. I made a version of it in my shop.
The only thing I would've added is to make sure you never put your fingers between the bead and the rim. While using the spoons and when moving the wheel while trying to reset the bead. My little brother nearly blew out the end of his finger when he got it caught between a bead and the rim working at a tire shop.
I always carry a tube for remote travel! In Australia, most people carry 2 spares....but I have never damaged more than 1 tire that I could use again (the weight saving is huge!)
Nice work! Luckily I haven't had to use my irons yet. Still neatly stowed after 10 years, but at the ready.
Another tidbit for the tool box though for a broken valve stem....... A few good quality pan head sheet metal screws, an "air gun" of some type WITHOUT the safety vents at the tip, and quality diagonal cutters. These I HAVE used.... Breaking down the tire is best to replace a broken off valve, and I am aware of the commercial valve fix but those are pricey (still cheaper that stranded or discontinuing a route). But for those times you just want a fast fix to limp into camp on to do a change or a fix, or for whatever the reason......
Clip the valve stem to get a fairly flush cut. Use the airgun against the clipped valve stem to air up, then use a pan head sheet metal screw that will give a snug fit in the stem and run it in bare or with some patch glue and seal off the stem. Use good judgement on how long you run that, keep it slow, and change it out as soon as feasible.
Nothing worse that cutting a trip short, or turning back for lack of a spare. Although it eats up some gears space, some trips I do have two spares. (and an inner tube) And if one can manage this fix you demonstrated, having just a tire you can swap in will save space and weight.

When you’re airing back up you can put a ratchet strap around the center of the tread and tighten it to spread the tire out
And with a KM3 tire!!!!! Holy crap they have the thickest sidewalls. Piece of cake with a 4ply P tire. Tough but doable with a 6-8-or regular 10 ply. But damn KM3 with sidewall thick as tread. I like to never got my spare one mounted to my spare wheel 🤣🤣🤣 took 2 hours just to mount. Nope not gonna do that again 🤣🤣
This is a serious question, how do you keep your khaki shirt free of grease stains. I always ruin my clothes with grease after working on my truck. Some of these won't come out no matter how many times i wash hahah

A few drops of dish soap in a water bottle then poke a small hole in the cap for bubbly lube. Most people will have those in their setup.

Why windex vs water for lubricant? Is windex is more slippery than water? I imagine water would work in a pinch?
I like the idea of using the windshield washer fluid from the reservoir as well. A little glass cleaner would come in handy anyway with dusty trips.
