Hope I will have some times to visit there too..
India is about 7000 yrs old buddy
most famous tourist attraction in Mumbai is Elephanta Caves in Elephanta Island. it is a temple carved out from single mountain/rock without adding anything from outside and absolutely huge.
Gateway of India is always crowded because it is free
This is the video I was waiting for 🔥
Thanks dude!
I am drooling 🤤. I wish I can visit India and try all the foods ❤
Thanks for a very nice video about Indian street food in Mumbai👍
☺️☺️
I've never been to India and I've only eaten Indian food in my small town. I tried Pani Puri, having no idea what it really was. My mouth felt like a flavor explosion bomb went off. That was the most flavorful food I've ever tried. Just flavor WOW!!!
Yea that definitely sounds like a pani puri!

Hi welcome to India. Thank u for coming
Thank you for watching!
Luke - where's your Kurta shirt - that way you'll be matching with Mink !
Love the editing making Mink appear in cameo-like appearances throughout the episode.
Your fondness and enthusiasm for Puri is making me wish to try it !
Thank you so much Scott!
Lovely sharing
THE BUILDING NEXT TO B. MERWAN IS WHERE MY GRANPARENTS LIVED FOR SO MANY YEARS.
THIS US A VERY OLD IRANI RESTAURANT... OPENS UP AT 4AM IN THE MORNING...
N YES... MUMBAI IN INDIA CANNOT BE COMPARED TO ANY OTHER PART OF THE COUNTRY...
What better way to start your Mumbai tour than with street food esp. Vada Pav. Glad you had fun. For non veg food, you can try Parsi food or visit Mohammed Ali Road.
Street food. These make your best video's Luke. Stay away from fine dining, sheep guts out in the sticks, and include more of the beautiful Mink!👏👏
💯
Hey Luke, that was Bhoondi Raita which you had with Puri after Vada Pav. Like a salad .
map of india shown in video is wrong please edit it
Back to my favourite videos street food not 5⭐️ super luxury exclusive gold plated fine dining..
Great vid cheers 👍👍👍👍👍
You have put a not so correct map of india, that entire northern land of Kashmir belongs to us and allegedly occupied by Pakistan
Nice video of Indian street food with sweet music. 🙏🙏🇮🇳🇮🇳 from India
Being a 'veggie', I really appreciated this one! Those butter buns...crazy crazy...not sure I'd have the courage to attempt one of these. Enjoy your stay if you both are still there:)
Vegetarian heaven in Mumbai!
Those butter buns are shortcut to get high cholesterol. And i live quite near to that restaurant shown in this video. We used to visit it once in every month. Stopped going there since half a decade or so. Especially after covid we stopped eating out. Home made food is best food hands down. But i do like watching food videos. Those are entertaining.
Love to see you- eating poori and all the street foods, its delicious ❤
Watching your videos makes me really hungry, because everything looks delicious!
The first Indian burger has convinced me, I am very happy to know more about Indian vegetarian food!
Thanks for mentioning that movie, I want to encourage everyone to watch it!
The butter bread seems simple, but it is what I want to eat the most. I am completely attracted by your eating image 12'08", thank you very much for sharing! 👍🤩🙏👏
Thank you so much Gianni!
@@LukeMartin You are most welcome, Luke, thanks to you too! 👍🥰🙏

Always love your videos no matter what food you’re trying out ! Also I do like the mix up of history or fun facts you have about wherever you are. Been watching for at least 5 yrs if not longer than that
Thanks for always watching 😀
my best bro luke looking handsome thank you for your huge respect against cpec friendship countries lot of love from your best bro viki 🍻
Welcome again Luke🙏
I watch Delhi series in repeat mode😊
welcome to India. thanks for coming. stay safe and enjoy your culinary journey.
One of the best foods in the world hands down ❤
Nice, back to basics! That Vada Pav looks pretty spicy btw 😳
It's not, though. It's pretty mild in most places. The color is not from excessive chili powder, but from tomatoes, Kashmiri chili (which is just bright red without much heat) and often literal red food color.
Really liked that you are enjoying bombay food...
please do village food episode in this part of India. you will love.
Luke Martin another great video. Thanks Man.
Awesome🎉
nice, always interesting with an india series :)
Thanks 🙏
Indian map shown is wrong please update it
Amazing video.
good job bro
Amazing food
Nice Food Vlog on the Street Food of Mumbai City but One Factual Correction is that Restaurant is not older than our Country-India, however it exist before our Independence. India is ancient Civilizational Country, whose history is around 8500 years old. Pre-historic History of India goes back beyond 20,000 years ago.
Awesome video really wanna go and try those dishes.
Well I'm not a vegetarian but the food looks delish enough to give it a go. The Thali looked amazing with variety, now I want one😅
luke what you said about mumbai is very true that mumbai apart from being the powerful financial capital of the country is also very diff from other parts of india mumbai is the most vibrant safe city particularly for women with a 24 hr super efficient public transport i am glad you had a rocking time city
Thank you for every nice recommendation from your trips. Been enjoying your channel since your vlog in Taiwan.
Thanks for your support!
Awesome 😋😋👍👍
Good lah👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Delicious food 😋
That's "Not" India's Map 🇮🇳 0:15
india has huge variety of food. in every 50 km food changes. whenever you visit a restaurant you can ask for special Thali of that state you are in. in thali you will get most popular food items of that state. a thali can be both veg and non veg type you have to mention which one you want. this is how you can taste more food item at once .
most flavourful food are in Kerala known for its beefs and fishes
for veg Chennai is the place
Hyderabad has the best non-veg items
Kolkata is the sweet hub of India
for delicious snacks it is Gujarat
Mumbai is the street food capital of India
please visit North East India for best pork
luke is talking about beautiful mumbai the most vibrant and safe city of india and the range and variety of food is spectacular got it that is why tourists get attracted to mumbai which is like a magnet got it btw luke knows what food is avaiable in which part of india and what to avoid
Some new interesting places on CZcams. Very nice 👍👍👍
You have really hit the high eating spots of street food in south Mumbai, lots of nostalgia, very well done and covered!!!
Lovely video, nice (vegetarian!) food and the short travelling in between almost makes it feel like you're there!
If you are still in Mumbai then try to locate some Parsi Restaurants & try out their food. Only a few of them exists. Parsis immigrated from Persia when Islam took over the region.
India food is best yummmy.. luke 😮😊
Luke, besides 🇨🇺, 🇵🇷, 🇺🇸 food, if I had to live with 5 other cuisines for for rest of my life, 🇮🇳 food would be in my top 5 for sure. Some of the best food ever!!
It's at the Top without any equivalent. No one makes vegetarian food as drool worthy as Indians do.
Cool
so nice🎉
Hi bro wellcome to my country India next south indian Tamil Nadu come bro Tamil food very test and helthy food bro
Very nice 😊😊
Good work 👍
Wow deliciouso
Pancham Puriwala is simply awesome 👌
HELOU FROM SERBIA
While we love our veg food in India, you can explore the meat dishes just as well (which people call non-vegetarian for some reason, I just call it food)
You can find chicken, mutton, seafood almost everywhere and beef (Goa, North East India, Tamil Nadu, Kerala etc), pork too in many states.
It's called non-vegetarian because India is a majority vegetarian country. Vegetarian food is the norm here, while meat/non-vegetarian is the aberration. So get over it. Even the non-vegetarians are vegetarian most of the time. Unlike in the rest of the world, they eat meat only occasionally.
@@NostalgiaforInfinity you don't know shit about India then.
"75% of Indians are not vegetarian, according to the Indian National Family Health Survey (NFHS 2005-06).[13]:56 According to the 2015-16 NFHS survey, the number is 78% for women and 70 for men"
It is a huge misconception that India is predominantly vegetarian for mainly 2 reasons:
1. 25% vegetarians of a 1.2bn is still a huge number (marketplace)
2. These pure vegetarians are predominantly found in so-called higher castes (and small but financially powerful religion) in India, these hold outsized powerful positions over policy, and pop culture, skewing the perceptions despite the numbers.
@@Mayur_ Again, just because they eat non-veg doesn't mean they are comparable to meat eaters from other countries. The vast majority of non-vegetarians in India are part time meat eaters. They eat non-veg only on weekends and special occasions, because meat is expensive in India. So they may as well be counted as vegetarians, since most of their regular diet is no different from that of pure vegetarian Indians.
@@NostalgiaforInfinity
Where is your data about this frequency??
And what you are saying is even halfway true, which isn't, it still means majority aspires to eat meat, they just can't afford to. Which is sad
It still wouldn't mean India is a majority of pure vegetables only diet nation
@@Mayur_ Whether they aspire to eat more meat or not, the fact remains, most Indians are vegetarians by default. Which is why India is a majority vegetarian country, and hence most of Indian dishes are vegetarian. Even the dishes that are non-vegetarian are heavily spiced to make them taste like their vegetarian counterparts, to the point that you can barely taste the flavor of the meat.
Hola Luke, soy una seguidora fiel, SALUDOS DESDE MI PAÍS CHILE 🇨🇱🌶️❤
Mumbai is the best
@Luke Martin, can you please correctly show the map of India. Union territories Jammu and Kashmir, Leh-Ladakh, the uppermost part of India, was not shown properly.
Db😂
Luke that part of India is beautiful where you both are. The gateway is really pretty, the taj palace hotel looks so pretty. The food always looks amazing 😍
Thanks Angie! Yes so beautiful
It looks delicious and appetizing!!How spicy it is? As if I would love to try it..Thanks for sharing Luke
Everything can be custom made to less spicy. Drop your inhibitions. just come and enjoy.
The first one looks like a samosa burger, which I'd love.
Yeah. You can get a samosa in the same manner. It's called samosa pav.
that pav bhaji looks awesome but that butter will give u heart failure....how long do indians live ??
12:07 You're supposed to add the chopped onions in the bhaji/curry, squeeze lemon juice in, and mix the whole thing to get the complete flavor.
Look up the history of both vada pav and pav bhaji, interesting
CZcams must takedown such videos which are showing disrespect to Indian map
Please visit, Tanzania, Somalia and Kenya
Would love to visit all of them!
I would have to have had a DOZEN of those butter buns..😉

Hello Luke! Food looks yumm.. Can you show us the local brewery/pubbing scene in Mumbai or Bangalore? The local beers are delicious! And even the fine dining restaurants, their price range, etc.
There is a lot to explore in India!

@00:13 You've featured an incorrect map of India.
between 100 million to 200 million people died in British induced famines over the years in India. there was an untold holocaust which caused the deaths of almost 10 million people over 10 years beginning in 1857, after the first independence movement of India. at least 100k people were killed in Delhi. total population including small children of many small towns and villages which took part in the movement were eliminated. many forests were completely burnt including tribal people inside it. unfortunately Brits were the ones who have written Indian history. so these things are very much hidden.
