      Ha! Never thought of it like that :D Unfortunately, the Buce all melted. They did not do well emersed grown. They are however thriving in the aquarium.

      @@GavinKohAquascaping buce is absolutely beautiful but as I understand it, it's a plant that's not to be kept in brightly lit aquariums. Too bad it melted and good that they're thriving in the aquarium.
      If ever I decide to do buce, it'll be mostly the red Godzilla sp. An expensive variety at $45.00/ stem but probably well worth every cent once it settles in and starts growing!

    Will you cover them with a lid, or is it okay if the humidity scapes?

      You need to have humidity so that they don't dry out. You want to keep the lid on also for the greenhouse effect so that they stay warm even in winter months.
