A correlated topic I’m curious if you can touch on is how to know what kinds of product fit my audience.
I usually work the other way around: create first, then try to sell later, but then I lack the confidence to get it to sell.
Change your process, the customer always comes first. Nail down your target market and go from there
The shoes coming out great. I’m already struggling to decide between Brown and green. Also nailing the thought process on how to style with it. Good stuff!

awesome video. i think my first question is, do these factories that you worked with produce 1 item at a time during sampling? like, as long as you didn't go above 45 cm, then they would manufacture 1 unit at a time? no moq?
They’ll make a sample for essentially anything but if you don’t run production it comes at a high cost. If you do run production it’s credited against the production run cost ussually
