Today I made a strawberry cheesecake that looked like it was wearing a fancy crown.
As spring approaches, fancy cakes get even better.
In Korea, where I live, strawberry season is during the cold winter.
I'm so sad that strawberry season is almost over.
So I filled the freezer with strawberries, froze them, and made jam and puree.
When are strawberries in season in your country?
I made the strawberry puree myself, so it took some time, but you can make it easily if you use commercially available products.
However, please check the amount of sugar used in the puree sold.
This strawberry cake is easy to make, but so delicious and gorgeous.
You can easily make this with frozen strawberries.

● Homemade strawberry puree
500g strawberries
80g sugar
20g Lemon juice (A)
20g Lemon juice (B)
● Strawberry Cheesecake
[Mold size: 18cm(D)*5cm(H)]
95g Graham Cookies
13g sugar
47g unsalted butter
350g cream cheese
60g sugar
50 g sour cream
1 Tbsp lemon juice
8g powdered gelatin
40g water
140g strawberry puree
200 g heavy cream
● Strawberry Jelly
160g strawberry puree
25g sugar
40g water
1 tsp lemon juice
6g powdered gelatin
30g water
food coloring (optional)

I live in the United States in Central Texas. Strawberries are in season from March or April and through the summer. By September when the weather becomes cooler, they aren't growing in Texas, nor in California where much of our produce is shipped from. However, our close proximity to Mexico means we can still continue to find them as much is shipped here from Mexico. I am fortunate to live in a place where I can get fresh strawberries most of the year. That makes me very happy because strawberries are my favorite fruit! 🍓🍓 ❤🍓❤🍓🍓 I will definitely be trying out your delicious recipe! Thank you for sharing it!

I live in Ireland and we can buy strawberry all year round. I think in the winter they are grown in Spain. Also raspberry (my favourite) and blueberry.
I live in Germany and the strawberry season just startet. Although it'll still requires some time with longer and intense periode of sunshine until we can eat those with the best scent & flavor. Until then, your video comforts me very well... 😊

In Poland, strawberries are early summer fruits: june, july and even a bit of august last year. When I was a kid we had very popular Polish kind which had very small but very dark in colour fruits, they were also very, very sweet. Unfortunately now most kinds of strawberries have big and not so sweet fruits. But I love them anyway.

Peak strawberry season here in Australia is august/September. I tried making jam for the first time last year and it turned out so good. I think it had a stronger strawberry flavour than store bought. I was told the trick is to get berries that are almost overripe. Not bad but just too soft to eat raw. I'm looking forward to doing it again this season.

In Romania, strwberry season is in july-august, so iI have to wait. On the other hand , last summer I frozen some strawberies...I am sure is delicious. I have tried some other recepies from your channel ( Raspberry whipped cream cake )and my guests were impressed. Thank you!

Strawberries are comming in season here in the Netherlands now, I just took a picture in my dad's garden off the strawberry pland with flowers and green berries, I think an other week or 2 and we'll be picking lots. I always freeze part of the bounty to use the rest of the year as the ones my dad has are quite sweet and yummy
