I've watched a lot of dr bergs videos after I went to the doctor and they did blood work and I had a high a1c (pre-diabetic). The two week sugar detox helped me a lot with cutting out sugar. Good luck to you!

just like everyone, watch the channel constantly. Don't know anything bout concrete work, but you make it entertaining to watch. Your knowledge of the work and constantly teach your crew and the viewers is a plus for the channel. One thing I'm going to say is you're a really good content creator. Your craft is getting better and better day by day. One thing you should do that I see from the videos is that the ones that say they love your channel, you should ask them are they subscribed. I know you do this channel for fun and stuff but this thing is also a business. Just that little saying will help the channel in the long run.
Ryan. You will feel so much better in a short amount of time. I was like you Convinced something major was wrong with me. I stopped eating sugar, carbs and starches and felt fantastic within 3 days. Additionally your appetite will diminish drastically once the sugar is out of your system. The 1st 2-3 days are difficult. You can do it. Eat all the protein you want like bacon and eggs. As time goes on the cravings diminish a bit. Don’t confuse feelings of being empty with hungry. Bread is the wort thing because it’s a huge appetite driver. Best of luck

My dad is an artist who has since retired but, every weekend we would setup for various art fairs, builder shows, etc. Seeing this brought back some memories.

Those are SUPER enjoyable to watch, learning how to handle every little variance, etc. I know customers may not like being recorded, so maybe just asking them at the end to post the video? Just caught up to them all from then. I have to say every episode leaves me with a good feeling and that's a testiment to you and your crew and everything with your day to day life story telling. We had a booth in that building a couple months ago for the Milwaukee Comic Con. We do 3D design and printing in the Falls. The security staff there did a great job. Love your work Ryan, keep it up!
Man throwing the ol pole around in the front yard was classic. That made me laugh for real because I’ve done that more times than I can count and had the same reactions when people drive by .
When you get all your vehicles done, you should line them up in a parking lot with your skid steers and crew and take a super cool picture of them all, would look sick. Almost like a military line up for vehicles!
