best single exercise for leg pain due to pinched nerve in lumber spine area due to slipped disc or disc bulge or disc herniation
due to this slipped disc in l4 l5 s1 level there is narrowing of neural foramen from where spinal nerve emerging
there due compression on this nerve , so tingling , numbness and leg pain happens mainly in standing , walking and also low back pain , back stiffness etc.
this is called spinal stenosis
this exercises or stretch increases neural foramen space and remove pressure on spinal nerve , and leg pain relief

Actually me mera anubhav share karna chahungi... 2 years se mere 2 no pairo me dard ho raha tha dr ko dikhau but dr sirf painkillers dete the or kuch samay dard ruk jata tha but pain wese ka wesa he tha ab to painkillers ki adat si pad gai thi..lag pain ka main reason pata he nahi lag raha tha kuch 4 din peh ye video dekha mese ye exercise ki or muzhe jadui effect mila... 4 din se mene koi painkiller nahi khai or mera pura dard chala gaya ... Thank u so much me baya nahi kar pa rahi hu ki kya khushi hai meri... Once again thank u...dr n kar paye ye yek simple se exercise ne kiya 2 years ka dard 2 din me chala gaya... 🙏🙏☺️

Sir namaskar am 56 years and I do agree with you that you could not live your life happily as stenosis spoiled your golden period. I have been suffering it from last 26 years, initially I got relief after ayurveda punchakarma but later conditions become worse than earlier, because of ageing I think it won't
