Liquor Laws in the US Vary greatly State to State. In California it is illegal to drink on the street and the bars close at 0200. In Louisiana you can drink on the streets and the bars are open 24 hours.
In the UK, an e-bike that can go over 25km/h (15.5 mph) needs to have insurance.

I lived for about six months in Spain in the town of Galapagar outside of Madrid in the eighties. Does anyone know how to get the popular folk music called sevillanas that were sold in cassettes from El Corte Ingles? It was such spirited and entertaining music.

Tax payers pay for everything. Eye glasses for the poor is probably good; it's humane, but also a person will find functioning and earning without eyes to be difficult.
