Being a CZcamsr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame -ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

It doesn't all drop off at once. It's a rolling 365 days. I am sure at day one of your journey you didn't have a huge chunk of subscribers/watch hours, so you won't lose much. You'll get there.

i have over 140,000 subscribers & CZcams was my full time job since 2010, and NOW im about to become homeless, all my time, effort, blood , sweat and tears down the drain all for nothing, all due to youtube changing up the website way to many times, youtube used to send out numerous notifications a day now they only send out 3 a day, plus the algorithm is messed up as well, half my subs dont even get my videos anymore, its sad that this was my full time job now ill be homeless living in a tent in a couple of weeks! Unreal! as much as i love my subs and fans, it goes to show you that it doesn't matter how many subs you have in 2024!

Only thing is you talk so fast that I have to stop, write it down ( I'm a note taker), and then start. Can you talk just a tad slower, maybe have less coffee? 😂😘But not like some that talk so slow you're hanging on every word until you just have to stop.
I went to my newest channels best videos (that were made for search), went to advanced analytics, youtube search, and nothing there as far as search terms as seen in your video. Any ideas as to why?
What would you reccomend, if once on the inspiration Tab none of the searches relate to the type of content that you do, for example we're a 50's style Swing and Rock'n'Roll Band but on our inspiration tabs it Heavy Rock / Metal Music, does this mean our channel is not being sent out to the right audience? Yea it help sometimes and some videos go directly to black holes you never know the mood of audiance so best way is to keep posting best of you and do various types R and D... New channels definitely have nothiing to loose so keep doing hit and trial untill you succeed .Best of luck. BTW this is on of my new channel.

My issue is people who subscribe to your channel & don't watch like what is the point of subscribing & we post the same style. CZcams needs to make a feature that deletes accounts that don't actually watch your channel.

Is there a reason that my 2 recents shorts with over 85% and 75% viewed rate hasn’t gone viral and has under 4k views only ?
I started a Shorts Channel on 21st July. Today as of 28 July I have 157 Subs and over 25,000 views with only 8 shorts. ( I'm cooked fr 😢 )
