I would probably say Vitamix if you're going to make for large groups of people I would say Blendtec but the tamper on the Vitamix I would say I edged it to the Vitamix. Because something we can avoid food getting stuck. So you need a tamper. Also make sure, using the tall jar the wide side jar is bad on the Blendtec and The Wider jar on the Vitamix sucks as well
