I agree try not too add sugar, the fruit already has sugar, and this is supposed to be healthy eating. Also, maybe put a little less ice in their, so that it is more fluid.
A smoothie without the extra sweetness is hard for me to drink. That doesn’t mean I use sugar though. I use natural zero calorie sweet

As long as it has no added sugar it's fine, the fiber in the fruit actually counteract the negatives of the sugar in fruit. So sugar from fruits is perfectly fine and healthy.

I know, right? I got a blender to make smoothies and mocha madness is my favorite. The website says chocolate, coffee, cappuccino, and non-far yogurt, but is the chocolate powdered or milk, same for coffee, small stuff that I can't get the right mixture on haha
It's powdered ghirardelli chocolate and the coffee is folgers powder. We add two scoops of ice and water. I work there

You never wanna put that much water a normal recipe calls for about three to four pumps if that. That pineapple juice she put in there isn't going to matter because it's going to be watered down. I work at tropical smoothie and I never use the water in my smoothies it just dilutes the taste

It's a Vitamix! They are super pricey but Ninja blenders are a good alternative for about half the price. I use a Ninja at home and the consistency is just like what you get at Tropical Smoothie!

You get trace amounts of minerals from the small molasses content, but it is such an insignificant amount that it really doesn't make any difference. How is it way healthier? Pity honestly. the more you make them the more you'll remember… if you want to look super cool when you start or whatever go online to the website & there should be a menu of ingredients. all the smoothies come with one scoop of sugar unless asked otherwise :)
