I totally agree with Meredith and public speaking I just cannot do it it's so terrifying and my anxiety goes up and I just end up not doing it and idk how to get over it❤
thanks for sharing about your anxiety! I’ve also struggled and had to overcome anxiety and panic attacks. I still struggle with things like public speaking or going in public because of my social anxiety. just know your not alone and you’re going to overcome it just takes time

One thing that I took away from my therapist when it comes to anxiety/ panick attacks is that the best thing you can do for yourself, is to push through those uncomfortable situations no matter what. No matter how scary it might seem, just push through and do it anyways, and eventually you will overcome that fear and it won't be scary anymore. The more you simply just do it, the easier and easier it becomes until you're use to it. I know it can seem easier said then done, but it's really helped me work through my anxiety for the past few years, and now most things that made me SO nervous, aren't even a thought in my head anymore because I've pushed myself to do it. It also feels very rewarding once it's "over with" and I'm left feeling really proud of myself for pushing through! I hope this might help someone else 💕🫶🏻
