Mozart your music lives. I pray that it provides me with the creative juices to inspire a body of work that will live forever. Or hoping that what I do leave behind motivates someone to create.
Indeed one of the most unknown works by the genius Mozart, with a clear fracmasonic portray. Full of dramatic music. I like the parts with choir too, which are not that easy to perform, from my previous experience with this work. Thanks for posting it.
For everybody who reed that: Listen to Gardiner's version of the complete Thamos. It's the greatest version for many musicians, so enjoy and try not to cry ! ^^
Wonderful hearing the development of Mozart's music. This is something like midperiod , and already Mozart's music is pretty much his mature style.. Never heard this before, very charming.
You know that had to do with length of LP don't you? Also CD's could have those considerations. Repeats meant less room for other works. On EP's it was even worse, and let's not talk about 78's.
@@bartjebartmans No I didn't know that, I don't even know what any of those things are apart from CDs. I never looked at when it was recorded so sorry.
@@tspeez Bullshit, he entered freemasonry in 1784, this piece was composed in 1779. Get over the obsession for freemasonry and dumb symbolic shit please.
I don't feel so good, Mr. Mozart...
Possibly one of the craziest, yet lesser-known works by Mozart
This is BRILLIANT. Why is it not played more?
I've been on CZcams for too long: I thought it said *Thanos* King of Egypt...
the true reason all the classical composer's are dead is from the fact that he snapped them out of existence
Mr. Mozart I don't feel so good......
Not "Thanos".....however, in English it is "Thutmose"
Those dissonances from 7:10 onwards.. Very nice
Whenever I need to feel humble and awestruck I listen to Mozart.

BRING ME THAMOS!
*as a music educator pianist teacher wanting to hear everything mozart composed
The first notes in the introduction reminds the cords of the begining of Don Giovanni Mozart's opera.
Even more Zauberflöte

Thamos ! A genius and deep work 😍 one of the most unknown today in comparison of the quality and beauty.. Thanks a lot again !

4:07 Andante it's beautiful.
ONE OF MY FAVOURITE PIECES OF MOZART
IM REALLY GLAD I CAN SEE SUCH VIDEO WITH SHEET MUSIC :)
Gracias y saludos cordiales desde Mallorca para ti también bartje bartmam
傑作です。No5のニ短調の曲が頭の中で鳴っています。ただし第7曲aバスの曲がないのが残念。
This is the only classical work that I know that ends on the last beat of the bar.
The structure reminds me of Beethoven's Leonore Overture no. 1
The beginning reminds me on Magic flute overture
Also beginning Egmont Overture........
Also beginning of Don Giovanni ouverture..
Its like a mix of the magic flute and don giovanni overtures combine
Don giovanni
I just love how they completely ignore the instruction to repeat.

Strangely un-Mozartian. Usually M didn't rely so much on sequences and square formula's.

why their Andante is slower even than Mozart's Adagio
Shades of Beethoven
*Insert joke drum*
