This Nuzlocke was basically "critted at the worst moment" in a nutshell
chat gave her the birthday second try with the final battles
Just to clarify jaiden did unfortunately lose the nuzlocke hense the glitches and the 2 jaidans
She lose against beritha and flint and sense it was her birthday on the final part the viewers let her redo the E4 so she could win BUT she did accept the lose of the Nuzlocke and showing both ending
And how she worked it into this animation is just AWESOME!

Jaden unfortunately lost her first run at the elite four. Getting hit with multiple one hit crits. And only having three pokemon for the third member. And all of them were weak to them. And she lost
And really the only reason that she didn't make it to the fourth member or the Champion is because the only Pokemon left were weak to fire if the one that were weak to fire died against the second member and the other three that actually died might have been able to beat the third and fourth member.
So you know there isn't a giritina plot in platinum after the distortion world she made that as a plot to make an alternate timeline which was her first run were she lost to the elite 4 and her fans told her to try again and she won on the second attempt
Soon as I start geting back to watching stuff that involves pokemon here's Steven watching something involving pokemon
For those who didn't watch the stream, jaiden actually lost her first attempt at elite four. Her Togekiss died to a crit stone edge against aaron's Heracross. and her Quagsire and Qarchomp got really unlucky against bertha's Rhyperior. Since the rest of her team was weak against flint's team, she gave up. However, since the reason for her losing was extremely unlucky and not mistakes on her part, she did a poll asking if she could retry elite four. 70% said yes, so she did it again. She won, but it was hollow. "Alternative timeline jaiden" was her, when she lost on the first attempt
She lost on her first attempt at the elite 4 and the chat let her try again
From what I understand she lost the Nuzlocke Challenge during her battle against the Elite 4, and redid it to beat the game. How I see it video/stroy wise: Jaiden saw glimpses of what to happen Jaiden (From the Shadow Realm) during her run against the Elite 4 which was she lost, and was able to capitalize off of Jaiden's mistakes and was able to become champion. That's why Jaiden feeling guilty, because she didn't win it on her own herself.
Yeah, Giga Impact is basically the physical version of Hyper Beam, it does an obscene amount of damage even without a crit, but the Pokemon needs to rest for a turn after using it to counter-balance the raw power of the move.
Also, the "glitches" in the animation was because Jaiden actually *LOST* the Nuzlocke during the Elite Four as she lost Togekiss when Aaron's Heracross landed a Stone Edge crit, and then she lost Quagsire when Bertha's Rhyperior landed an Earthquake crit, and Garchomp died to an Avalanche crit from that same Rhyperior. At that point, Jaiden had to get through Flint who uses Fire-types, but all 3 of Jaiden's remaining team members were weak to Fire, so she surrendered at that point. She then let her Twitch chat vote on whether she would just accept the Nuzlocke as a failure and start over, or reset and try the Elite Four a second time. Her chat voted with a 70% majority for her to retry the Elite Four, both because it happened to be Jaiden's birthday and because her chat basically invoked the "Bullshit Clause" (which is normally frowned upon AFAIK, but in this case I'd argue it was justified to invoke the "Bullshit Clause") because her Elite Four run got demolished purely by a BS amount of crits. The Elite Four run that we see in the animation was actually Jaiden's second attempt, while the "glitches" show us whath appened in her first attempt, Jaiden used the "reset" to create a sort of "alternate timeline" story, where the Jaiden who "fell" in the distortion world was the Jaiden who lost to the Elite Four, while the Jaiden who did not was the one who beat the Elite Four & Cynthia. But even though Jaiden beat the Elite Four & Cynthia the second time around, Jaiden still considers the Nuzlocke as a loss, and the second attempt was just to prove that the team she'd chosen *COULD* have won if not for those BS crits that crippled her team.
jaiden only lost 7 pokemon, the rest got sent into the PC.

The alternate timeline thing was just her creative way of showing that she lost in her actual run, but decided to restart at the Elite 4 after asking her audience. That's why she said she didn't deserve that win.
She broke a rule that she followed nearly to the end, and I don't think that's gonna disappear from her mind anytime soon.

She didn't lose 10 pokemon she used those other 10 pokemon. The Onix, Jolteon Crobat etc were still alive at the end. So I believe there were 7 deaths.
Jaiden's animations are relatively simple, but just bursting with style and personality.

Pokémon Platinum is actually really good Steven, you'll enjoy it a lot more than Pokémon Legends Arceus, the story is wild and the Pokémon are awesome!

Jaiden actually lost on the first try of Pokémon Platinum. But it was her Birthday, so chat gave her a second chance because she deserves it.

Someone posted the same comment in a few other reactions but from what I’ve learned here’s what the glitches are (SPOILER ALERT FOR EVERYONE CAN’T HANDLE SPOILERS OF ANY KIND!!!)
Jaiden animations played this game live on twitch and though I briefly saw it, I didn’t see what I’m about to tell you but what many people have said was:
1. After winning the rival battle, she faced Aaron’s bug type team and while her other Pokémon survived, her Colgate (Togekiss) lost to a Stone Edge Crit from Aaron’s Heracross (I actually used this strategy with my Heracross’ to so I know how devastating it is).
2. After Colgate died, Bertha lost most of her Pokémon but her Rhyperior survived and killed her quagsire with an earthquake Crit, then killed her garchomp with an avalanche Crit.
3. At this point she knew that her Pokémon are super weak to fire, and even when she attempted to beat flint she lost. At this point she knew she couldn’t win, and asked the chat if she should end the stream/video right at that point, or go all out and restart the elite four. Due to initially being on her birthday, and due to the fact that at that point it would mean this would no longer be a nuzlocke, 70% said restart the elite four and see if she win this time. 30% said to end it there because at that point the nuzlocke is over and you have to reset your platinum save file if you want to do it again. She ended up compromising by saying that she would try again at this point and do the elite four, but if she won then it would no longer be considered a nuzlocke.
This hit her hard when she won because she admitted that she didn’t deserve this, she didn’t know whether she actually won, or that due to the crits, she would never be able to consider it a true win.
4. During the second attempt, she won against flint, and the other elite four. Which is why the video says “I attempted a Pokémon platinum nuzlocke.” And not “I won my first Pokémon Platinum Nuzlocke.” Cuz as everyone should notice, she’s not a pro nuzlocker!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I think the 2 Jaidens was bc she eventually lost, technically she shouldve restarted, but she decided to keep going (which is her choice its pokemon, play the game u see fit for u) and won
she reset to her last spawn point thingy- where she hadnt fought the elite 4 yet
