Memphis is pursuing federal charges against some of the people responsible for a deadly mass shooting at a public park this weekend, the city's police chief says.
Agreed, Lock them up and see if they pay attention to their underage kids being out , I mean hell, they will lock them up if they miss too many days of school, but don’t hold them accountable for something much more serious ? People of my generation had parents that let us know, when that street light comes on ya ass better be in the house ! People are too distracted by what’s going on in the entertainment world and not paying attention to their kids. If you are a single working parent I get that, but that’s what aunties, uncles and grandparents are for. The other part of the problem is not letting people discipline their children, that’s on the system, and last but not least is giving those who break the law on violent crimes a pass to get back on the streets, it’s bragging rights and a feeling that I can get away with doing dumb shit, politicians in these cities don’t live in these cities, they are safely tucked away in gated communities an hour away from where this shit goes down.
