@@Morganchip100 it’s been great for the hot florida weather. It stays outside under a cover and might need a refresh but honestly I learned a lot and it’s seriously a tank! Go for it , nothing like building and using the boat for what’s its intended for :)
Know this is late but yamaha ring free lower unit in a barrel pour all 16oz in 6gal,normal oil mix,u will be astounded how much oil grease and sludge on water after idling that through it all afternoon.u will be impressed

Good to know! We used the Purple Power in this video… just put it in an old detail spray bottle as those bigger jugs make it harder. Only thing I’ve noticed is it streaks easy.
Bass Trackers are some junk. But that doesnt stop me from being a new subscriber and watching this video. Keep up the hard work and dedication to put together these videos for us. How is the foam holding up on the corners of your lids? I noticed you rolled it around from top to bottom. Did you pin it on the bottom or just let the adhesive do it’s job?
Whats the name of the carpet spray you used? The boat looks great. I'm about to start replacing the carpet in my xpress bass boat. Looking at ways to keep the carpet on the sides and underneath some of the console
@@Flipzco Nice. The holeshot will be ridiculous fast and you will keep the same top end. I had a 2005 185 for 10 years loved it and miss it. An Orca cooler fits front deck space perfect too.
How many sheets did it take to do both decks and the floor? I’m remodeling a tracker and am thinking about doing the walls and sides of the boat a different color foam than the decks and floor.

I’m looking to do a very similar design with eva foam, if you don’t mind either replying to this comment or maybe even making a video about how well it’s holding up and anything that you would’ve done differently or would recommend for someone like me going into a project like this. @@Flipzco Awesome, weird question but does your bilge pump work? If so what switch on the dash turns it on and off? Mine doesn’t seem to be working and I’m having a hard time determining what’s wrong with it (fuse, wires, switch, etc)
I'm extremely interested in the side carpet and how that works out for you. I am going to do this to my boat deck next spring and am looking at which foam to use. Nice job, it looks really nice.

Not bad at all! Honestly it definitely has its pros/cons (like searching for a hook or lure) but changes the overall look and feels great on your feet.

So far so good! I did use 3M adhesive for the corners and let it sit with weights overnight
I got the same foam, wait until next year and you run your finger over it and it starts flaking. No lie.

So far so good! Only the spots I didnt prep very well peeled up immediately but after moving to florida the sun bakes it and holds up very well.
