- I recently purchased a 2013 Triumph Street Triple R sportbike to use as my new daily driver. This is the British manufacturer's most popular road motorcycle, and it comes standard with a 675cc three-cylinder motor producing over 100 horsepower! I decided to buy this naked middleweight for its comfort, speed, and reliability; but, there are also a few things I don't like about the Street Triple. Great video👍! I believe your headlight is from a Harley Davidson or aftermarket maker like the Hog Workz blackout 7. Where did your seat get made very nice and would have enjoyed more in depth photography of it. I'm a motorcycle rider of 20+ yrs and appreciate your enthusiasm and coverage. Your presence, speaking ability and quality of video lends credibility and belies your age. Please add more videos of other motorcycles in the future. I especially enjoy your car videos. Thanks for putting them out there. And keep up the good work.

just sold my sv and picked up a street triple r. the sv was great, but the triumph is next level.

Loved and miss my SV650S, now have a Street Triple 675 Rx which I adore, and is a natural progression IMO, and next has gotta be a V4 Tuono! So a V, triple, V4.. (also have a back-up F4i and DL650 cos why not?).

I did not listen to you yet, but still i bought one and picked it up today and now i can only say: buy one. 😉… and don’t discard the LRH version even when your length is approaching the 6 feet mark….. 😊
It is a gorgeous bike (black 2022 version) and i am not the only one who thinks that way. Within minutes of leaving the dealer i got swamped with admirers on my first fuel stop. Insane……

I had a bran new 23 r,,just got rid of it for the new 660 Datona,no comparison the Datona 660 is perfect

I like the newer Triumph bikes but the "tax " on Italian bikes isn't what it used to be the maintenance schedule is similar if not the same for the triple on your Triumph as it's going to be on a new MV though the MV is more expensive up front it also holds it's value better . The same is true with Ducati's the new ones are crazy for maintenance and you can find independent shops that don't charge dealer prices and do equal if not better work .It's great that your enjoying moving up in your experience level with motorcycles ,but when you really get to be an experienced rider you'll see that the 675 is lacking a bit in the performance department .
MV look absolutely stunning, but my neighbor has one (f3 800) and has nothing but trouble. Would be very hesitant to buy one. Especially for you guys in the US, with limited access to parts. Ducatis seem to be much much more reliable.

That doesn’t make much sense. You sit ON a sport bike, the seat is way high up, you literally sit inside the nakeds. Seems your feeling is the opposite of the case curiously

No compared to most naked bikes you sit alot more on top of the bike.
Only the bars are higher especially the new 765 ones are basically the Daytona without clip ons

Don’t take this wrong but do you deliberately go with that zip up hoodie size/style that’s hanging so far off of you? If that’s your style no hate, you’d look much neater with a more fitted garment that isn’t …idk, falling off so to speak. Take it fwiw.
