Hey I’m Josh from Adelaide, South Australia. I'm a proud father of 3 and passionate about heavy music.
I was the bass player for post-hardcore/alternative rock group Capulet from 2004-2012, releasing an album, EP and several demos.
Capulet were signed to Red Bull and the Taperjean Music Group alongside Closure in Moscow and The Mission in Motion.
Highlights of my music career were playing with amazing bands like Anberlin, Emery, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Haste the Day, Awaken I Am, and touring Australia several times.
I wasn’t the most technical bass player, but lived for performing on stage. I have always loved the process of song writing and the visual art that accompanies music.

Kids today just don’t know….you used to have to unlock these songs while playing zombies. As soon as this or beauty of annihilation started playing, you got a boost of adrenaline

I was born in 2008, but I grew up with older siblings who got me into CoD zombies, I still play WaW, BO1 and BO2 Zombies constantly.
2-3 mins of a god tier boost in skill

Those were the best. I must say "The One" from Shi No Numa was good. As well as "Abracadavre" on Ascension.
Element 115 has a major role within the Zombies storyline.
If anything, its literally the anthem to all of Zombies lol

@@youwantmeh456amen brother! No for real though i've been deep in the lore since 10+ years that shit is addicting. I love this story so much. I still have yet to truly go as deep into the Dark eather because it's... not that interesting at first. As much as Vanguard is hated the lore seems pretty interesting.

True, "115" is a biochemical weapon which is the world is exposed to in the game. But its even mentioned and warned about in the bible, but with another name. Its called "abomination of desolation". Its very esoteric-history related.

Yeess I am so happy you listened to this song. Honestly all the easter egg songs from Call of Duty Zombies go way hard and are so damn good. Too good to just be hidden as easter egg songs in my humble opinion.

This song was an easter egg in Black Ops 1 ZOmbies Map Kino Der Toten, you find all the teddy bears in the map and it plays.
Elena is the only vocalist in the song, doing both the clean vocals and screams, and at this point she hadn't done clean screams before.
In most maps it was teddy bears but in Kino it was 115 rocks

Long Story short (BCS, Lore of Call of Duty Zombies - are MASSIVE - 4 hours of videoessays on CZcams, explaning all of that):
115 - is strange element from space, which - adding with Nova-6 Virus - can create horde of zombies in all of the world.
Basically - having 115 in your hands = means take control over zombies.
Also, basically element 115 - basically main McGuffin of all Zombie Universe in COD zombies.
Elena Siegman - funny enough, is actually just a producer of COD series. Metal singing - is just her hobby.
And yes, all COD Zombies - are LORE-related. Basically they make hints and explains what happened in that Universe.
Basically like League of Legends songs - which are too, always LORE-related to the game. K/DA (which in terms of lore - consists Female heroes), Pentakill (METAL band, in terms of LORE - consists heroes, which was betrayed in their lore, and their want vengeance. All their song are indeed - Pure Metal) and etc.

Abracadvre is still my favorite by them. Me and my girl listen to it regularly. Also, after you do the Elena ones there is a great one by avenged sevenfold told from one of the protagonists pov,, and a great one by maluka called always running

Honestly my favorite cod soundtrack from the series.
Anybody else feel like when Elena screams that’s the zombies narrator talking (guy that goes “fetch me their souls”) and then when she’s singing normally it’s the different characters talking.
Just some thoughts that popped into my brain

It was in the game. Kino DER Toten was easily an amazing map with a banger track. Element 115 was the main idea behind the zombies storyline.
This track is done by Kevin Sherwood aka Ksherwoodops, he did all the instruments and lyrics, and Elena Siegman is of course the vocalist. So it would be more appropriate to credit him as the artist rather than Elena, even though she is just as amazing as him.
she even did the zombie voice which is mighty impressive
@@JBG-AjaxzeMedia Not really a "zombie" voice when its just harsh vocals, improper ones because she ended up losing her voice and damaged her vocal cords, this was after the "Moon" DLC came out for Black Ops 1.
@@comradeautismo it is a zombie voice cause she's imitating the zombies, the lyrics sounds like something either the zombies or maybe Samantha would say, as the song is from her perspective anyway, it could be Samantha being controlled by 115 and her voice is becoming more zombified, especially when she's angry.
in my head i imagine her singing with zombie back up vocalists lol
however i don't doubt her voice was shot out after recording these songs, but i don't think it has anything to do with that. i can believe that doing the zombie voices made her lose her voice, or maybe she recorded the zombie parts when she HAD lost her voice to give it a better, raspy sound, but that would be some serious dedication cause singing with a sore throat is a horrible thing to do lol

this whole song was a god damn trip. some random dude in a game is tellin me and the boys about some damn radio easter eggs for Shi No Numa. so the bois and I go trolling along. rounds are passing against the zombies while looking for radios around the map. 15 rounds in the last radio found... as the next round starts metal starts hitting and were all new fans to the core

Almost every easter egg song in zombies was metal, every map had a song.
The first time me and my brother found this secret in zombies it was awesome. I had just started getting into metal at the time. Such a banger, perfect for killing zombies to.

OG Zombies? Well that would be World at War :D Which also featured 3 songs by Elena, "Lullaby of a deadman", "The One" and "Beauty of Annihilation" the first one was an easter egg in "Verrückt" the second one in "Shi no numa" and the third in "Der Riese" :)

Element 115 didn’t create the zombies. Samantha created the zombies, she sent them through the 115 meteors from the moon.
