"Standard Issue Mom" needs to be a tshirt. đ I am not an above and beyond kind of mom about 99.9% of the time, and the .1% when I do, I wonder why I thought it was a good idea. đ I appreciate and am good at being efficient and I think that "above and beyond" is typically not efficient in my mind.

I'm not a mom period, but being a mom looks like the hardest job in the world by FAR. As long as you're making sure your kids are healthy and growing, you're doing a bang-up job! Shout out to every single mom out there

Lol, in 2000, (sheesh, over 20 years ago now!) The University I attended put on a stage production of Little Shop Of Horrors. I was cast as Audrey, the female lead. It was one of my dream roles, as I was active in amateur theater at that time. I had a blast! Good times in Y2K!đđđŻđŻđŻâ€

Pizzadillas are a go to in our house! These were all great, Iâm always looking for cheap lunches in the summer!
We do "pizzas" a few different ways in my house and they're all super easy, quick and delicious! We too, do the pizzadilla. We also do bagel pizzas, which is just spreading sauce on each half, adding the toppings and baking in the oven (I don't even know the temp or time, I just eyeball it. Probably 350° for about 7ish minutes). Another one we do, (probably my favorite) is biscuit pizzas! I just use canned biscuits, flatten out each biscuit dough into round pizza shapes, add toppings and bake at the temp it says on the package, start the timer for 8 minutes and check them, I think I usually do more like 10 minutes.đ€€

I made the suddenly salad u mentioned and then divided it between three meal preps. I added chopped cucumber, turkey keibalsa, tomatoes and black olives the day of my lunch. It was so so good.

I love Aldi, especially when they offer their German foods. There has been very little at Aldi I don't like except for their packaged lunch meat. It's not as good as the regular deli meats at a regular grocery store. Although I do love their Braunschweiger. It tastes just like the kind I had in Germany. But aside from the lunch meat, I am impressed with Alid.

I love the bins in the fridge but I was looking for healthy lunches. It's easy putting together processed meals, trying to get completely away from that and I'm down to one meal , the lunch. I have a tendency to skip it and that's and then I get famished and grab quick, processed food.

Thanks for these great ideas. My oldest child, who is 17, hates everything! Lol She hates the school lunches plus she is lactose intolerant, so she has to be careful. Anything we have she doesn't want or like. Maybe I can get her to eat lunches like these. Thanks again!
Good ideas that ain't sandwiches! I just posted on my channel my grocery haul and what my teenagers eat in a day..we are getting tired of sandwiches! This does help give new ideas!

We are known to dice cucumber, tomatoes, pepperoni and tiny cubes of cheese and tossing it all into a suddenly salad and calling it dinner!
