CAPITAL City Milestone 36,000! Vanilla Cities Skylines - Foggy Hills - Vermont Ep15

Welcome back!
Today I begin to work on the Capital city, Vermont, in Foggy Hills Cities Skylines.
I added my first hospital and fire station to the city. I improved all the off ramps to include more lanes. I built a new district that connects three other districts together! Lastly, I achieve a new milestone, Capital City! This is earned after reaching 36,000 citizens in a city.
