- Swapping over my bike fit from one bike to another. I built up the T1550 after getting a bike fit so i ordered my sets and bars to suit my needs. I did however drop the front end of the bike a little bit to fit me better for a more racing position.

Seeing shops that show this level of care to clients really makes me miss living in the UK.
The muffled background music makes it feel like there's a night club next door.
There might be- had a problem with a lav mic so had to go with a shotgun and the reverb was horrible, so I’ve had to do my best to remove a tonne of echo
Seeing your frame, I am starting to think mine is too big. What is the size of your bike and what is your height?
This is a size Large- realistically it frames up like a 55. I’m 181cm / 5’11”.
I know some people who prefer a slightly smaller frame when they ride. This has a 95mm stem and 380mm width bars. Absolutely love it
I got the xl - 58 toptube with the 115 mm stem, I am 183cm/6', and I feel really stretched out. Thank you for your response.
I always aim for a 56 and I'm 183 cm 6ft , and I have a 100mm stem , when I try to ride a 58 I always feel stretched out like I'm struggling to ride on hoods and I ride with saddle pre rotated so alot lower and forward
7:30 he isn’t going to raise the seat before measuring the reach?
Unless, the two bikes have identical frame dimensions/angles, this wouldn’t really work?
Not necessarily, if they are used for the same discipline. The idea would be to get the saddle height the same (if the cranks are the same length), and then adjust the saddle set-back to get the hips in the same position in relation to the centre of the BB.
From there, the reach to the bars can be adjusted. This can be difficult with one piece handlebar/stem as you cannot easily alter the stem length. Other factors that impact the reach would be handlebar width, hood placement and spacers under the stem. There may need to be compromises to the saddle set-back if you can't tune the reach within acceptable parameters.
Those storm trooper caps are not very aero, you must be losing 0.5W there LOL.
Ha true. The life of a CZcamsr
saddle is too high, you're over extending the leg. hips are rocking from saddle too high. hips are rocking because no pressure relief channel on saddle. bars are too low. You're rounding your upper back to achieve the reach - extending your scapulas to get all the way down there. you're gripping the top of the bars before the hoods, not in the cup of the hood.
lower the saddle, get a different saddle, raise the bars
looking at Bikefit James and Neill Steinburry, this came to my eye as well. would be interesting to see him going to James and let him check :)
