Poppy-apple cake 4K (subtitles) Video Recipe | Good Recipes from Agi

Poppy - apple pie
300 g plain flour
250 g granulated sugar
6 eggs
200 ml of oil
200 ml water
1/2 pack baking-powder
150 g ground poppy
1200 g of apples
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pack cinnamon sugar
Clean the apples and grate them coarsely.
Simmer briefly for about 5 minutes.
Add lemon, cinnamon sugar and soaked cranberries.
Whole eggs, a pinch of salt, sugar, vanillin sugar, beat.
Beat until frothy, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
Gradually add oil and water.
Mix flour and baking powder.
Mix 1/3 of the dough with poppy seeds.
Squeeze the juice from the apples and place on a tray.
Layer the poppy seed dough on top of the apples.
On the poppy seed dough, pour the white dough.
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes (40x42 cm baking sheet)
After baking, turn the cake over and cover with chocolate glaze.
Chocolate coating - 120 g of chocolate, 4 spoons of butter, mix over steam.
