    Any restaurant that serves you on disposable plates is an instant red flag🚩🚩. A lot of Indian restaurants in the US have this kind of atrocious service. The owners and managers never train their staff on how the Americans expect a different standard of service.

  • @Just_forfun9140
    @Just_forfun9140 Před 5 měsíci +2

    The waiters seem to be inexperienced or brainless, they should have given water at the beginning, instead of at the end. If they put any chiilies on top, they are totally stupid, they can see who their customer is. If possible, they should have made them extremely mild, by offering various spiciness. With the exception of a few, most Indian restaurants in US have waiters who have no idea how to wait on customers. Management needs to train them, instead of just putting a body. Some of these places maket it so spicy, even some Indians living abroad for long cannot eat. Oh yeh, bring a plate of Manchuria and not give a fork or toothpick. It helps a lot when we use our brains.

    The problem with Indian food is, they are putting way more seasonings & chilli than the required amount in some places. Indian food is great only when you eat it at home,preparing it your way. Don't listen to fancy food promoters, or any subscribers who try to impress you. learn it & make it at your home, putting the right amount of salt, chilli & seasoning. Being an Indian myself from a random corner of this country, i have heard the tales from my friends about south indian food and what happened to their health after trying to adapt to their food items is terrible. They could not in the long run & had to move to their states. Same goes in north. Their rice like stone , no idea how long they take to prepare rice. Random street food actually don't give a true pic. The rightmost guy with green shirt is genuine, it's hot, really really hot.

    Korbin u can always tell the restaurants to make ur food less spicy..They will do it..Indian food doesn’t always have to be spicy..

    Great Video!
    Masala dosa is my favorite.
    Gobi Manchurian is also my favorite but definitely not a part of South Indian cuisine.
    @Ricksegall I would suggest you to bring Indrani to the restaurant. Gobi Manchurian doesn't agree with parceling, kind of loses its crispiness and flavor. Better to have it fresh and hot.

      I think he found the tomato chutney to be spicy, which is understandable. Not the dosa by itself.
