    Desserts:
    Quindim:
    A dessert of Portuguese origin made with egg yolks, sugar and grated coconut. It is known for its soft texture and sweetish taste.
    Brigadier:
    This candy, made from condensed milk, chocolate powder and butter, rolled in chocolate sprinkles, is a favorite at birthday parties.
    Milk pudding:
    A creamy dessert made with condensed milk, eggs and sugar, steamed and served with a caramel syrup.
    Drizzle:
    Originally from the city of Campos dos Goytacazes, drizzle is a sweet made from eggs and can be served both in syrup and candied.
    Blessed Mother Cake:
    This cake was born in the nineteenth century, in Rio de Janeiro, and got its name in honor of a well-known pastry chef who sold sweets in the city. The simple recipe for the Blessed Mother cake is made with wheat flour, butter and egg.
    Tomboy foot:
    A simple and delicious recipe, tomboy's foot is made from melted sugar with roasted peanuts.
    Juices:
    Count fruit with coconut water:
    This juice is made with the sweet Fruta-do-conde and the refreshing coconut water.
    Tangerine with Count's fruit:
    This juice combines the citrus flavor of Tangerine with the sweet taste of Fruta-do-conde.
    Celery with apple, cucumber and ginger:
    Also known as green juice, this juice is very popular and known for its healthy properties.
    Acai juice:
    Made from the acai fruit, this juice is often served as a thick smoothie and is known for its antioxidant properties.
    Passion fruit juice:
    This juice is made from the passion fruit, known for its sweet and sour and refreshing taste.
    Cashew juice:
    Made from the fruit of the cashew tree, this juice is rich in vitamin C and tastes sweet and slightly acidic.

    I'm glad there's quindim, as it's my favorite dessert even though all the others are great, but quindim can't be left out.

    Today there's even a mother blessed cake, quindim, pudding and traditional pé de moleque, typical juices and the desire to eat these delicacies lol.

    It's just delicious today, I confess that I've never had the Mãe Benta cake and from the looks of it it must be very tasty and mouth-watering.
