Although Sonny sings in reggae style, this song makes me feel like I'm in an ancient civilization...it has that atmosphere. And so does most of the songs from their self titled. I dig that mystic undertone.

Oh wow, all these years i thought P.O.D stood for 'Puddle Of Death'. Granted, i'd only heard of this band in passing and this is in fact the first ever song i've listened to of their's so i can be excused.
@1904home word. they were so infinitive and wild back then. Crazy innovation back then, they kind of flattened out when they mainstreamed. I still love this bands legacy to death and they are always on shuffle on my ipod xD

How 2021?
gotta say,when marcos left I was so dissapointed. Than i got this album. Ive never found a band that lost an original member,replaced him and sounded better than they did with original.Truby is amazing and such a shame hes not in this band anymore. Angels and serpents with marcos back was a HUGE dissapointment for me and most fans. Im really hopin he can bring it back with the next album. Ive heard clips and its promising. But damn I wish truby was still here.

I think you need to listen again to Angels and Serpents dance, it's a true masterpiece, I'll never forget hearing it the first time, in 2013 living in Goiania, Brazil; that album helped me get thru some real stuff fa real.
There's a few good songs on Angels and Serpents but overall, it was way under what they produced prior to that. POD is legendary but after Jason left, it hasn't been the same. Early Marcos is really good too. Would be cool to see what the both of them could do together.
