I personally think OG is hurt all the time because nurse played him too many minutes and his body can’t handle the wear and tear so then he’s traded to the knicks and thibs plays him too many minutes then hes injured again. Giannis never got hurt then they change coaches and giannis gets more minutes and he got injured. It’s a recurring theme

Also a raptor fan and love OG game but I was ok trading him because he’s always injured and I don’t care how good you are you are worthless on the bench
We gave up our young core for a guy who can't stay on the court and a bunch of journeymen. Now we have to over pay to keep the guy who couldn't stay on the court when we needed him most. OG is not a good fit with the minutes Tibs expects his starters to play. Plus he doesn't like playing hurt. Giving him a max deal would be a max mistake.

OG is not even top 20 player in the league Brandon Ingram is at 27 million and Jerami Grant is at 29 million so your giving a guy 35 million who has never made an Allstar team always injured you make it seem like he is Khawhi Leonard he has how many All Defensive Teams no i want to being hin back not paying him more then Ingram and Grant i settle with he opt in then give him 3 year 81 million with incentives that can go up to 125 million

The Knicks has NO business making this trade if it turns out to be a rental..They should of had assurances in place he would resign..They should of had a deal in place and done a sign and trade..If they lose OG / Quickley and RJ then its all on Leon Rose

Leon’s got you Brunson, hart, Hartenstein, divo. He locked in Deuce, and still has mitchrob on a decent contract. OG was the icing on the cake , but if he doesn’t resign with the stipulations at the number we want, he can go too.
Don’t let history repeat itself and sign a player without some sort of insurance for the franchise, esp when he’s injury prone……we had to go through that with Amare. Never again.

The NBA is completely moving away from fully guarenteed contracts. Look at the way newer contracts are being structured. The NBA's contracts have become more and more in line to the NFL over the last few years
