Last week the atf admitted the atf has no legal grounds to stop, prevent, regulate, tax, or control the sale of any parts or parts kits to be assembled by a citizen for his own use. The judge was mind blown and asked the ATF to repeat it again and they did 80% lowers legal team called for an immediate dismissal of all charges. The judge said that he would render a final decision sometime this week based on the fact that the ATF and their lawyers both admitted they could not do anything about parts or parts kits. The judge also went on to say that he knows after Brewin he has to take with 80% lowers is saying in the ATF, compare it to the history of the second amendment and figure out a way to make the words shall not infringe fit into his ruling. Then he pointed at the atf and said they will have some explaining to do, and will now be open to a civil damages suit after he returns his verdict basically saying 80% lowers is going to win this by a admission of no power by the ATF

BATFE Deemed them to be Unlawful, even though there was No Through-Hole, and there was no machined pocket to accept a Sear. The only thing Consistent about ATF Rulings are their Inconsistency.

They tried to confiscate my hemostats once. I told him no way in hell, they cost to much, and that pair was a birthday gift from my mom. I remember the sheriff being interviewed after a drug bust that had shrooms. He said we have no idea of street value, no one buys shrooms anymore. 😅

To bring about lawful destruction of the ATF and everything they stand for we must first use the legal system put in place and acquire arrest warrants for ATF members and the Congressmen who allowed the Hughes act to take place from a judge, if no judge is man and or woman enough to understand the law, then and only then is EXTREME VIOLENT ACTION warranted under the Constitution.
When the ATF loses, and they will, they should be held accountable financially. That is fully compensate for ALL attorney fees, any related court costs, any lost revenue + compensation for defamation of character. Then we will know justice is being done...

I've seen a man in court acting on his won behalf and the judge was throwing the book at him and a defense attorney stood up in the back and told the judge to stop as he will now represent and act as counsel to the man. 5 min later the judge let him go. No arguments made no facts changed just the fact that he was represented and could now appeal. That attorney saved that man just because he saw what that judge and prosecutor were doing. Taking advantage of someone who could not afford counsel.

There was supposed to be the mechanism for that happening in trial by jury, where the jury not only decided the case of the defendant, but also decided whether the law was proper and was being properly applied in that case. The US Govt has been trying to restrict public access to details of how to build a firearm for a long time. Consider the recent cases regarding 3D print gun designs. Note also the ITAR prohibits exporting weapons drawings and this has resulted in ATF reacting negatively to anyone providing detailed schematics via the Internet, ATF argues posting a detailed schematic on the public Internet is the same as exporting a weapon to any person in another country who can view the drawing. Woe unto the person who publicly supplies a detailed schematic of a quick link.

I've seen a man in court acting on his won behalf and the judge was throwing the book at him and a defense attorney stood up in the back and told the judge to stop as he will now represent and act as counsel to the man. 5 min later the judge let him go. No arguments made no facts changed just the fact that he was represented and could now appeal. That attorney saved that man just because he saw what that judge and prosecutor were doing. Taking advantage of someone who could not afford counsel.

There's a petition going around that's gaining ground about convening a Convention of States under Article V of the Constitution to introduce a Constitutional amendment - and the proposed amendment is to put the federal government in its place and assert that We The People hold the power, not Washington.

We'd be in a much better place as a country if trial court judges had the courage to dismiss cases because the "law" prosecuted was invalid.
There was supposed to be the mechanism for that happening in trial by jury, where the jury not only decided the case of the defendant, but also decided whether the law was proper and was being properly applied in that case. That is how the courts were to be controlled by the people, and lacking that they're out of control now.

Note also the ITAR prohibits exporting weapons drawings and this has resulted in ATF reacting negatively to anyone providing detailed schematics via the Internet, ATF argues posting a detailed schematic on the public Internet is the same as exporting a weapon to any person in another country who can view the drawing. Woe unto the person who publicly supplies a detailed schematic of a quick link.

right.. You don't see the BATF pounding on doors in the thug neighborhoods to check their guns that are all stolen.. Nope... Just think, if someone actually knew the law and their rights guaranteed them by our Constitution, then acted within those rights when the BATF comes trespassing and harassing them, illegally asking them to "see their guns they purchased legally..." That would end with 1000 feds on the law if that person said "no"

They are trying to tell us that the ATF is not making laws, which they cannot do, but the very fact they are making definitions and publishing them as such says something totally different! This is a perfect example of that! What really blows me away about all of this machinegun BS is anyone that has ever fired one knows they are inherently inaccurate! Changing the Constitution was made intentionally harder under article 5 with the intent of keeping the Congress from writing laws to get around the orders found within the Constitution.
