Thanks Shiladityaji for uploading this rare Jaipur Gharana speciality.I had an opportunity to listen to this Rag some 30 years ago from late Shri Anti bua Limaye ,an almost unknown stalwart of Jaypur Atroli Gharana. He had renderd this Rag in a morning concert and had announced the Rag as Badi Zinzoti and not Zinzoti , which is a very common Rag in all Gharanas.No words for Kishori Tai's renderation .
my Guruji learnt from Anandbua Limaye. He said this bandish is in Bada Jhinjhoti, which he said was also known as Raga Khamaji Bhatiyar, and different from Jhinjhoti sung in Agra. But this Bandish it seems here, is being sung by Kishori Tai in the traditional Jhinjhoti. Listen to Pt Malikarjun to hear Khamaji Bhatiyar rendering of this Bandish.

Thanks mr Banerjee for giving opportunity to listen to some unheard recitals of Kishoriji. Coming from an octogenarian concert addict and collector. In fact only vocal jhinjhoti that I ever heard was from Rajan Sajan Mishra. U also gave us Kishoriji’s Khem KALYAN sung superbly a raga rarely heard. Thanks once again.
I was listening to various Jhinjhoti renditions tonight, but while mellifluous they were not truly satisfying, not truly evoking the soul and spirit of the raga. Kishoriji's efflorescence here is enrapturing !!!
This one is great. Also listen to Abdul Karim Khan ji's Rendition. It's only few minutes, but a perfect jhinjhoti that inspired Bhimsen ji to pursue Music.

Probably not, but she does sing the Jhinjhoti-Khamaj ang of Khambavati though.. It is delightful, available via a recent YT upload by Raju.
