As someone who grew up in a family of doctors (legit, I'm the only non-doc), I can attest that Dr. Courtney's reaction at 4:25 to an x-ray is 💯 authentic to when an MD sees a really bad break on a film.

As much as I would love her to be on there it seems like she may not have a contract with smosh and is instead just hired for certain videos. I'm just going off of that she hasn't been in any of their pit or games videos so I may be wrong

Lmao on the urine sample. I recently went to my obgyn (I'm 10 weeks pregnant) &+ they had me give a urine sample. When the nurse opened the door idk if she was nervous or she got confused, but she messed up on what she was saying. She tried to tell me where to put the sample, but instead said, "You can place it on the medal door there." Then she laughed at herself, cuz she said door, she continued, "Medal door... I'm sorry, you know what I mean." &+ walked off. I haven't given a urine sample in a while, &+ the last place/time I did, they had me bring it out &+ place it in a basket. So not offically knowing where to put it, I brought it with me into the office room, &+ when she came back she went into the bathroom &+ began asking other nurses where my sample was. She then peaked into my room &+ said, "Oh you have it!" 😄 lol it was a little embarrassing, but now I know. 😅

In case anyone is wondering don’t put the defibrillator paddles (or aed pads) right on top of each other, you’re supposed to put them on the left shoulder and right ribs (when looking down at a body). If you’re ever in a situation when you need to use an AED (automatic external defibrillator) it will give detailed auditory directions through a speaker! If there isn’t an aed nearby immediately give chest compressions about 2 inches deep above the middle of the chest at 100 beats per minute (the tune of stayin’ alive by the beegees). After 30 compressions do 2 rescue breaths, pinch the nose and give breath into the mouth or use a mask with a bivalve. If someone goes unconscious and isn’t breathing but still has a heart beat give 2 rescue breaths every five seconds and carefully monitor their pulse. If someone is just out and they are breathing and have a pulse call emergency services and monitor their condition. If you attach an AED to someone who is awake and the it says “shock advised” DO NOT REMOVE IT FROM THIS PERSON. I know it sounds like the machine has made a mistake but the much more likely reality is this person is seconds away from going unconscious with no heartbeat. Stay safe out there y’all! -love your friendly neighborhood lifeguard
