Is there any reason you can think of why it would keep resetting back to DHCP whenever you reset? it's as if I've got the DIP switch 2 set to on to always reset the registry

Hi sir, I have purchase an used Backhoff PLC CX8050 & I don't know the IP Address of this PLC, So how i can connect this with my Laptop, This PLC Have USB Port, Serial & CANopen Port also. Kindly suggest. Thanks in Advance !!
I used Wireshark to find de PLC IP, then you change your laptops IP to the same (except the last number, it has to be different) and follow the steps on the video
