The interim bail to AK is definitely a spl treatment given no doubt . Don’t treat leaders r above law. Once he is under scanner of an investigating agency then he is criminal just any person . Nobody is above law. If the court feels he is innocent y send him to custody. There is definitely an ambiguity .
Shah is right. Special treatment for campaigning? SC rewrites constitution to accomodate Singhvi for reasons every one knows. Judges should be impartial. But to buck under pressure to accomodate a powerful lawyer who may be close to certain judges are to say the least is stinking.
