I know in my heart that anything worth having in this life is going to take so much dedication that it would be terrifying to myself as well as others around me.

To be honest i watch a lot of different bodybuilding content creators... But you keep it 100... Love the way you break fown the movements, the position, posture, etc etc... you never try yo sell us some bullsit ! Love your Channel keep up the great work i am a huge Fan !!! This video hit home because like you said all in or all out... I had to change my mentality to this way of living because I noticed i was doing shit half assed... My dad taught us at an early age to either do things right or don't do them at all... So it this video really resignated ... Thanks Chris 💪
