As someone who grew up bilingual in both English and Mandarin Chinese language, the way they switched casually between languages was so refreshing. At some points I actually forgot which language they were speaking😅

Honestly i didn't know about Tony Leung before. I saw him for the first time here and my god! He's a absoluyely stunning. His expressions, his screen presence is just awesome. To be quite blatant, Tony is the secret weapon of this movie.

Tony Leung is the most lovable and admirable villain ever! Lol I was clapping for him like crazy when he took down Shangchi in the movie theater and my friend was like “babe he’s the bad guy” 🤣🤣 I’m like “Idc, I love him!” 😂😂 haha
Simu is so likable, reminds me of Chris Evans. He brings such a natural positive vibe. I don’t know MCU does it, but they always find hidden gems and brings out the very best in these actors.
Tony Leung and Michelle Yeoh have the biggest charisma on screen. You kinda like… pay attention when they’re on.

People forget that legendary martial artist Yuen Wah was also in this film. His character trained Akwafina's character in archery. He was part of Bruce Lee's stunt team. Many will remember Yuen Wah as the Tai Chi master in Kung Fu Hustle.

I love the scenes where Shangchi and his parents touch heads. It feels extremely intimate and you really get a sense of their family connection.
Tony Leung was the MVP for me, his gravitas and presence made me dislike him at the start and by the end of the movie I nearly shed a tear when he got sucked.

Tony Leung was the actor who got me into the movie. Incredible acting. Even in the short embarrassing moments that require some quick emotional transitions and are a little pointless, which are in every Marvel movie, he played his part in a way that would not be artificial to the audience with just his facial expressions.
