You did a lot better job of explaining than the other guy on CZcams that was confusing
The only straight forward programming video I've found for this unit. Thank you! They only question I have is the hardness number. The sticks I use give both a PPM and GPG. Which number does the unit want?

brand new house in anew system, I havent moved in yet so no water being used but the system regenerates all the time, several times a day, is this normal?? can I change the settings to do it manually? it's gonna be only one person living in the house so little water will be used.
Thanks for video. Once I press Regen and it goes through a cycle will it reset back to the Auto mode?
Yes. It will resume normal operation.

32,000 grains soft need 9.5 lbs. 48,000 grains softener need 11.5 lbs.

@@discountwatersupplyinc6005 I have this program head, we moved home and reinstalled the whole water softener and programmed it exactly like this, however is regenerating everything day. Any idea?
