My confusion about Ms. Robbie saying she will support her son under these circumstances, even if Tim was accused of murdering a non-family member, it still would raise eye brows, but isnât the grandson her son too? Who are we yo judge? How many of us things that we have not acknowledged because of whatever is going on in our lives? Miss Robbie doesn't appear to be one of those grandma's who was the jughu kissy type but I am not in the position to say the love is not or was not there. People show feelings and affection differently. Pray for all involved.
This is one of the reasons the situation with black men continues to get worse with each generation. As black women we hold our daughters accountable but not our sons. There are no limits to what a man can do and get away with. We will cover it up even if it kills us, and it often does.

I agree I have a cousin whose mom didn't help her at all. She's a nurse now. Her brother is in prison for life. Their mom sends him 200 bucks a month. She didn't give her daughter a dime while in college.

What exactly do you want her to say or do? She's already made several statements about Andre's death when he was murdered. She doesn't owe the general public nothing.
I think with all her losses and even losing Tim years before to jail and now again to jail. Also not being allowed to see Timmie for quite some time by herself, this is far from her best life. Apparently she knows how to separate her professional life from her personal life.

Okay now I understand being there for your son but not acknowledging your grandson's tragic death is just WRONG and suspect on so many levels. It makes me feel some kind of way about how Miss Robbie can go radio silent on Andre. Just my humble opinion

Give Miss Robbie a break, believe me this woman is suffering tremendously and everyone keeps saying that she is not acknowledging Andre but she did. Miss Robbie is shocked and embarrassed that her own son is responsible for her Grandsonâs murder. I would hate to be in her shoes. Her heart is hurting and she lossed a grandson and a son who will likely spend the rest of his life in prison. I pray that she doesnât get sick and die under all of this stress.

@@kephale1 Exactly, on point. No one knows the amount of pain that she endures each day. She didn't commit the crime. She doesn't owe an explanation to anyone as to why she chooses to not speak on her grandsons death. Apparently that's still a very personal & painful topic for her which continues to reopen wounds which is destroying her entire soul mentally and physically.
A mother's bond to a son is one of the most powerful that exists. Even if she knows he did this horrible thing, she will place a lot of the blame on herself. I watched my own mother and all she did for one of my brothers who was mentally ill and took her through all kinds of issues, even threatening her at times. I begged my mother to let him grow up a little, but she always said I brought him into this world, so I cannot just leave him. He will always be my child, no matter what he does.
Under these circumstances I will say I agree with you Miss Robbie is really struggling spiritually and to be quite Frank with you none of us know what we would do if we were in her position all I can say is just got to keep her in prayer and ask God to give her his friend the courage to make peace with the situation this is a lot and it's so many different angles you can look at it what she started off with was a beautiful dream and part outside of this situation she was just trying have a legacy generation wealth and I know her mind all the regrets and all the things that she probably should have did in front that's what's going on with her God bless

Different era of mother to me cause I told my kids when they were growing up that I would not uphold them if they were wrong. Something as atrocious as what Tim did, I would've already spoken out about Andre. However, there had to be a bond there first & I don't think she bonded with Andre based on how he was living in St. Louis, how she cursed him out on the phone and how his name has not crossed her lips in his defense.
If I were Andre's family, I woukd sue Sweetie Pie's civilly because Tim's name is entangled with that franchise.

I absolutely adores my two children and even though, I do judged Ms Robbie, I am absolutely certain, I would do the same thing. I think, Ms. Robbie, is feeling guilt and a bit of shame. .. And hopefully, in time, she can do some self reflection.
I think sheâs keeping her thoughts to herself I mean by that video she seems unsure in her introspective posture. I say that because thatâs listed out to me when I seen that video. Honestly, even though sheâs not saying much I think sheâs probably glad that fools locked up.
Its an interesting dynamic for sure. When she compared it to a marriage that lets me know she has an unhealthy relationship dynamic with her son. I completely understand her position. Itâs tough. She loved Andre and she loves Tim. Although heâs not a very likable person and orchestrated a horrible thing, heâs still her son. He manipulated her into believing that Andre robbed her, but I think she knows better now. It may still hard for her to accept what happened. I understand why people are upset with Miss Robbie. I even understand why they think she may have known something about the murder.
I can't help but give her the benefit of the doubt that she is being there for her son, regardless of what he has done. I do think everyone should be held to account for their actions and can see why this comes across as Miss Robbie not holding Tim accountable for his. We don't know the private conversations they have had, and I would hope that they HAVE had them.
I don't want to judge, and I also don't want a bad precedent set here, so it leaves this as a situation that I am unsure of how to publicly react. Maybe if she at least implied that she has had a serious conversation with Tim about this without exposing their personal life, maybe that would be a step in the right direction.
Miss Robbie is not an honorable person in my view. She sued Tim and carried out antics on her show for ratings knowing he was cruddy and that she upholds his behavior. Tim knew all along that his mother/wife would stand by him on everything, even killing Andre. She also has blood on her hands. She knows it. Hubris will be her downfall.

Sometimes we have to really put ourselves in the shoes of the other person. This man has hurt his mom on more levels than we will ever know. And as a mom that have two children and they have stolen from me lied on me and even lied to have me put in a nursing home to get my house. And when that didn't work tried to have me locked up on false charges. But in the end they are me children and I love them, and will be there for them. I used to ask what did I do wrong? Miss Robbie needs to face the reality that her son orchestrated her grandson's death, that her son broke into her house, stole money from her business, that she owes Andre's family an apology and that she should make a public announcement that wrong is never right! Miss Robbie has justified her son in wrongdoing thatâs why he is the monster that he is. Any time a parent excepts bad behavior justifies it Iâm not saying to stop loving your child because itâs your child whether he killed someone or not but to say she didnât know if it was right or wrong she did wrong and sheâs the reason that he turned out to be where he is he deserves to be in jail he is crazy
If Miss Robbie saw Tim on video killing or arranging for Andre being killed, she still wouldnât believe it. The only way she would believe it, Tim would have to tell her himself that he did it. As quiet as itâs kept most mothers donât want to believe that the person they birthed would do that. Itâs even sadder that it was a blood relative. When Tim is sentenced, I think it will hit her.
