Had the same trouble a year ago. Went through basically all the same troubleshooting you've done. Mine was intermittent. Sometimes when I started the truck radio would work, other times not. If it worked when started (or rebooted) would work until I shut the truck off. Next time was a crap shoot When I got the message Sirius didn't work at all. No audio and couldn't change the channel. Then it magically quit happening. Thought maybe Sirius was having satellite issues. Has been good for almost exactly a year now but started having trouble again a couple of days ago. When it first happened, truck (a 2016), was still under warranty. After it started working again figured there was no point taking to the dealer, figured I'd just get a story that it was hard to diagnose if it was working. Now out of warranty. Will be curious to see if you get yours fixed or any helpful comments. Yours is the first post I've seen with my same issue.
