I beleive what a man can do, a woman can also as they always say.

No! A woman can do any job a man can do!
I believe women and men can do similar things but can never be on the same level
This looks more like a romantic comedy than an inspirational story. The chemistry between Fred and Christine is strong and I think you should make a part 2 but on lovebusters

@@DramatizeMe This would have looked better if Christine was actually shown doing hard physical work. In general, you seem to avoid giving your actresses the chance to show they can do such work and physically assert themselves, not sure why. If I were part of a cast, I would demand these chances. Too bad I cannot pretend, so I cannot be an actress.
It doesn't matter if you're a male or a female, if you want to do something you should have the right to do it.

I've hired 5 women in my 40 plus years of working. All 5 worked very hard, showed up on time and took more pride in their work than thought possible. I was able to help them go into a career that they wanted to go into.

I grew up on a farm helping with building chicken coops, fence, pouring concrete, roofing and etcetera. I was treated like I was a girl by many and always had to prove myself. I scare people when I do things myself.

Sorry, I don’t think we women can always do a better job. Sometimes we can, sometimes we can’t. It’s ok. We aren’t all the same. Most women don’t want jobs like construction. Sure, you have outlier women who are good at these types of jobs. But that is not the norm. Construction attracts a majority men because men are more likely to want these kind of jobs plus overall they are physically stronger due to testosterone levels. (Of course there are strong women but even the strongest woman won’t be as strong as the strongest man.) Go ahead and say I have internalized misogyny. I do not. This is just the biological difference between males and females.

Prejudice, even softened, still exists, because the boss was going to fire the woman, but when he found out that the mistake had been the man's, he told them to forget the problem. He had to have fired the man like he was going to do with the woman.
He was going to fire her cause he thought she was incompetent. The guy had been working there for long from the looks of it so he wasn't fired cause the boss knew his ability.

In beginning when the guy said 'ime gonna mess with new guy' and thinking that he was guy pulled his pants down. Reminds me of the bullying I myself have witnessed in that profession. Thank god I've only witnessed it and not experienced it (obviously because ime not builder)

There are some very good women who di this job and they do it well ,so men not only you are allowed to do construction but we women do as well 🤗🤗🤗
The boss would fire her if it was her fault but hes keeping his job when he messed with the drill. The boss is a jerk too.
I don't think it had anything to do with gender. He was honest and did not let Christine take the fall and so he got a second chance. If the roles were switched I believe the boss would have done the same thing.
