I am a runner. But i see this often in running, other runners shame newcomers when they start to run, because of their body shape or experience level. This is bad and I always stand against shaming others in any way of any kind! Instead I motivate them. Nice video guys👍🏿

That gym was very stereotypical and that’s how some gyms were like. You could be the skinniest or the fittest person in the room and people still make snarky comments you can’t please anyone nor should you try to

The actors that played the 3 antagonists were so good at their roles, I was shouting at the screen. Their actions and words were so deplorable and hurtful. I am thinking how the heck can this story turn around? Then Filip walks into the room, seizes control and his presence and words fixes the problems of the world. Great acting all around and great writing. Thank you for doing this. Hate, intolerance and shaming is not the way to live. Thank you for making a video that shows this. The more people that watch this video and get angry, the more hope I have for the future of this earth.

@Maria Christina Fritch I'm sorry. I was plus size for a big chunk of my life. It was so hard. I internalized everything. I also starved myself, not because my mom criticized me, but because I criticized myself. The less I ate, the more I gained. It made no sense. I became ill due to being a malnourished fatty. My blood work was horrible. It was horrible. I had to start eating a well balanced healthy diet to live. I was not hungry anymore... ever. I had to start exercising to gain muscle mass and the weight started dropping off fast. I now am too thin. Now I get skinny comments and I struggle to gain weight and keep it on. I urge you to surround yourself with people who want to be around you for you. Try to find a support group. Tell yourself every single day you love you, you are beautiful, you are enough, you are worthy to be around people who treat you like the people who appreciate you.

I remember when I was a young women I wasn’t fat but I was quick on the equipment and others laughed at me because they thought I wasn’t doing exercises correctly I ignored their ignorance and continued going to the gym

I actually was a lot more angry and disgusted with that one female member. I have names for her but I'll refrain so that I don't sink to her level. I wish she and all the others who were pointing and laughing could have gotten their own comeuppance! Hope that trainer and receptionist can live off on that extra $250 they scammed out of her...that's all they'll see!!!

Great video it's really hard or sometimes impossible to lose or gain weight for a number of reasons mostly genetic ones so if someone's bigger or smaller than you it's usually out of their control but that doesn't matter because there are millions of overweight or even obese people who are perfectly healthy so contrary to what some people think you can't tell someone's health or Fitness by looking at them my best friend is overweight and he is a certified jiu-jitsu instructor who works out everyday he's the strongest most active person I know

I was fortunate to find a health based medically supervised gym a few years ago where every tool and piece of equipment was introduced to me and the proper way to use it. I also joined Zumba and ended up becoming a Zumba gold instructor. The pandemic caused some backsliding and my favorite gym closed BUT I am happy to say I am getting back on track. Exercise has to be accessible, fun and shame free. When that happens, people will want to exercise and improve their health and fitness. Oh, and yes, I have been fat shamed many times before so I know that it is all too common.

I go because I need therapy due to a bad back. I'm mainly in the pool. I don't end up hurting so early in my appt as compared to being with the machines like the sit down bike, or the leg press, and so forth.

Well when i was teenage my weight is just 49 but my teacher make fun of me and said I'm fat , my teacher never add me in dance group . All my school life i think I'm fat and cry every day but when i start college i understand nothing wrong with me just my teacher make fun of me without reason . Awesome video. It sucks that fat shaming is still going on nowadays, especially at the gym. Who fat shames a person at the gym? I can only hope the person who made that video about the bullied woman got banned (off screen) from the social media platform for hateful behavior. Even though their characters are despicable, Jakub, Kateryna, and I forgot the other guy's name (it'll come back later) make very good antagonist roles.
Have you seen fat shaming at a gym or experienced it? From my experience, that's not a thing that happens. People are either super into their own workout to care who is exercising next to them or they're super kind in helping to figure out the machines, etc. And I say this as an overweight person.

Sleep The amount of sleep also affects how much a person weighs.

It is never a good reason to mock someone for their weight. Be they overweight or underweight.
When you judge someone it will not define them, it will define you. Never make fun of people and call them names because of their weight so next time treat others the way you want to be treated. Show everyone equally with care and respect.

I agree that the video might be a little unrealistic to some but it's not to me. I have met really malicious people like this trio who pick on others for little or no reason at all. The other gym members probably laughed because it's what s lot of people do these days, they love to ride on the waves of the moment, emulate silly things, catch everything on camera, upload it and feel important. It's like they are on auto pilot and not in total control of their responses. Isn't there research going on about how social media is degrading the quality of human existence?
