- In this video, a 34 years old young male is shown who underwent a 2250 scalp grafts revision hair transplant. Initially when he got a hair transplant from another clinic at the age of 26, he did not follow up with Fiansteride taken oally after the hair transplant. How could someone pull 3k grafts from such a small donor area(going by the scar)?
Also,it appears that the harvesting was done from the supposedly safe zone and hence the results should have sustained regardless of him taking finasteride or not.
And if you are saying that his native hairs fell off then the density recd from 3k implantation was way too less.
It seems with hair you cannot predict what the hair gods have in store for you even if you are ready to bet all you have.
Doc does everyone will reach level 6 of baldness or does it stop at different stage for different people. Does it depend on age ? Any information on same pls. Thank you.
The earlier baldness starts, the more the grade is likely. However it all edpends upon family history. In subsequent generations, baldness will be more in Grade.

Sir transplanted hairs last for how many years? Is finasteride necessary for transplanted hairs also ?
CAN we preseve our existing hairs for life long if. We use finasteride means ?
This question will have diffeernt answers since every baldness condition is different. If anagen hairs are taken and later supported wih finasteride they will last very very long.

Hi doctor do you rather recommend using natural rosemary oil for topical use as it’s also backed by studies done on the efficacy of rosemary oil to stop hair fall and it is as effective as minoxidil or even more effective in few cases and it comes with less or next to none side effects in comparison with minoxidil and for obvious reason we all know why one would avoid taking finasteride so any advice on going natural esp for those who only experiencing thinning more than actual baldness

In normal condition at what age baldness genes stops ?
Different for different people. Depends upon how stron the genetic penetration is.
Finasteride ke side effects bhi bta do kaka. Taking finasteride to prevent hair loss is never a good idea. It’s like cutting your hand to save a finger. And these doctors are promoting finasteride like a dumb without letting you know the side effects it can cause… in many countries this medicine is banned.

Finasteride 1 mg a day for 6 months and on alternate days thereafter.

Yes it is safe. Please follow your dermatologist's advice. He is qualified for treating scalp conditions.

After 6 months you can use a mild shampoo like Dove.

Usually the gene effect slows down after 35.

But doctor finesteride makes sperm count lower, cause erectile dysfunction. The longer you take it will have serious impact to manliness

Doctor , is it possible to have a successful transplant with optimum results even without taking finastride post t'plant medication. I want my crown to be covered but don't want finastride
If the baldness is not progressive, is stable, there is no need to take Finasteride.

Your doctor would know your condition better. However that is not what I prescribe as first line.

finastride can help but it will ruin our sex life.. my ghadd
In very few cases it causes reversible ED. But if patients are evaluated properly, in my experience no one has ED after taking Finasteride.
