Warriors had a chance to sign DeMarcus Cousins, Dwight Howard, Serge Ibaka in the off season. Decided to not go with any of them in Free-Agency. Warriors Management gets too stubborn sometimes and think that they don't need a legitimate Center to go on a playoff run.

The late 1980's Jordan had Pippen, Charles Oakley, early 1990's had Pippen & Horace Grant, late 1990's Pippen & Rodman. Might be time to get Steph some new Star Teammates in Golden State to help him win his 5th 🏆.

Ever notice when a team or player is falling off, the consensus is what can they do to get better or win the championship. No one ever says that about a young struggling team that no one is watching, or a middling team. It's all about let them develop.
That is part of developing but for a team that’s been together for 3 years they 4th and 5th is when they should enter that mindset if they haven’t gotten figured out by then if most of the players are rookies to 4 year players in my opinion

Fans in Golden State weren't booing the team to hurt the teams feelings. They were booing because Warriors fans can't understand how you can win a 🏆 in (2022) and 19 months later be one of worst teams in the West with 8 players still on the roster from that Championship team. It doesn't make any sense. They shouldn't be this bad. That's why Warriors fans were booing the past couple games, because they should be better than what their record in the standings say. It's like they are cooked mentally & emotionally at times this season.

I always get confused by this......if Klay is washed and isn't shooting right or if Draymond is cooked on GSW how is he tradeable, what difference would it make for Klay/Dray or a franchise that trades for them if he's just on another team, besides just being a Veteran. If he's washed what does one being on the Lakers for example change anything or offer anything?
Not really, the team has more talent than the heat and Miami went to the finals, it’s clear kerr isn’t controlling the effort, focus and competitiveness.. they need to drop the coach before touching the talent

Before blowing things up, Warriors should first see how this would team would fare under a new coach. Steve Kerr coaches this team to lose. He pulled JK for the last 18 minutes of the Warriors meltdown against Nuggets, when JK was the one who had them in the drive’s seat in the 3rd frame. Last year he played Lamb and Ty Jerome over his more stable draftees, JK and Moody, who could’ve done with the grooming. Too manny times he pulls Moody or JK for no obvious reason. This team has talent, mismanaged talent.

I feel that but you can't keep someone who threw in the towel on the whole team because of his issue with 1 person, THAT's where Poole messed up. He made the whole team suffer because of that situation with Draymond, he got that contract and gave up and then thought the organization would choose to keep him over Draymond after watching him not give a damn during the playoffs, that was hard to watch because you knew he was purposely not putting in the effort to win. I wish he would've stayed but he just handled that specific part so wrong, you can't make the entire team suffer because of 1 person, if that's the case, don't sign the contract and say you just want to move forward knowing deep down you couldn't move forward but that bag was his main focus and I get it but emotionally he was not going to be able to really move forward and that's understandable, he just should've asked for a trade before he signed that contract. I wish him the best though and I feel like he's going to end up on a good team because we all know he's not going to stay on the Wizards, he went from a team worth billions to playing for Dollar General🤦🏾♀😭😭😭

It's been one helluva run, but all dynasties end. Things have been looking iffy since Bob Myers dipped, but Kerr has also been slipping with his rotations, Draymond being more of a liability than anything else. Time to move on

Most fans didn't boo the Warriors in Oakland in the early 2000's because before Steph Curry was drafted. Going to a Warriors game was like going to the library. Was real quite at times and the team lost by 20+ points every game. I used to go to Warriors games before Steph was drafted in (2009). Warriors couldn't give away tickets back then fast enough.

I gave up my 49er tickets in the 80s when they booed Joe Montana, but loved going to Dubs games in Oakland for free, thanks to my JC coach, even though they sucked then.

If the Warriors score 100 points in a game everyone in attendance got a $25 Gift card to the movie theaters or a restaurant in the Bay Area. As soon as Golden State drafted Steph, Klay & Draymond and started making the playoffs in 2013 they stopped doing the Free Tickets & promotions giveaways. Now the closest things the Warriors do for promotions are Free T-Shirts or a small item for everyone in attendance.
Warriors should trade big contracts for expiring ones, to free up as much cap space as possible. And by trade, I mean trade everyone except Steph. With enough cap space they can be active and rebuild instantly through free agency, plus this season is already down the drain so their draft pick should be a solid one (I don't know if they hold the rights for it though). If they play their cards smart, they can be back up there in no time.

Doesn't do any good trading players for picks if the Warriors can't develop talent. Who knows how good Kuminga and Moody can be? Mark Jackson developed the Dubs talent but Kerr can't. Let's see if TJD and BP can become players and Mo and JK reach their potential under Kerr.
I blame Kerr, the ownership and front office because they never set this team up to sustain their greatness. They thought Klay, Steph, and Draymond would never slow down or get older. They had high draft picks and Kerr would never develop those players. Now they are desperate and once again will trade away their talent/youth for an overrated veteran to help with another championship run that won’t happen.
Kerr needs to step down. That is step one. He is the problem! They will forever have this revolving door of drafting talent and trading them for temporary patches and not develop their foundation.

All good things come to an end. The run was something to behold tho. Their style of play changed the league. Every team shoots 3's like GS did/does. These guys won rings before/with/after KD. It sucks cuz Steph still balling out. He ain't falling off at all. Klay on the other hand, he's washed. He should be coming off the bench as 6th man or traded/let go.
It's time to blow things up. I say trade everyone except Steph and start getting ready for next season. Get some support players or some draft picks by the trade deadline and make another trade in the off season and just gear up for next season. Either way things have to change or Steph, Klay and Dray will end up retiring with their legacy all mudded up coz of their career end
