The onus is upon the government to ensure all private information is protected from other members of the public.. if people are allowed into a public area in a government building, then they are free to film and record all that happens in that public area.. to the manager there who invited you in to chat.. good job over all with your listening to these young men.. but understand, you need to have a meeting with all your employees to get them to understand that anyone who walks in with a camera and wants to record, that is their right to do so.. and that when it happens, they are fully within their right to do so.. and where private information from citizens or customers is concerned.. the onus is upon the government to keep that information private and away from other members of the public.. so if private information is having to be given out at a window with others around who can hear it, that is a problem.. each customer who is giving out information should be taken to a private area where only the government officials and the customer are able to hear and know that information.. again the onus is upon the government to keep that information private.. often like in such places as your DMV.. they have everyone walk up to a window with all the public around them, and expect them to give you their private information out there in front of all the public to hear.. that is a problem.. a lot of government buildings are not set up to handle right private information of the public.. and really they should be changed in some ways to make it so its private so no personal information can be heard or seen or filmed or videoed from any member of the public.. again, the onus is upon the government to keep it private..

These cops need to learn that the same population of citizens which they like to kill, brutalize, terrorize, threaten, harass, intimidate, control, and whose pets they like to kill, is the population of citizens from which jurors are chosen. I am hearing more and more from decent, law abiding people that they don’t like the attitude of our current crop of police officers. This gets reflected in how people interact with police. I am also hearing more and more from officers I know that people seem mistrustful of and uncommunicative with them. Here in Maine, police chiefs are complaining that recruiting is becoming more difficult. It is working, slow, but sure.

It is their job to create the privacy of folks information not ours. They have to ensure that everyone's privacy is kept secret .
