THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THIS PRICELESS TIP!! THIS WAS THE PROBLEM ON MY 1990 CADILLAC SEVILLE, A SLIGHT PORTION OF THE HOSE HAD A CRACK SO A/C AUTO AND FAN HIGH MY AIR FLOW OUT OF THE VENTS WAS LIKE 50% AND 50% WAS COMING OUT OF THE DEFROST. NOW IT'S 100% COLD OUT OF THE VENTS! FANTASTIC!!

Yes this did the job I now have a/c out the vents again, And the little hose I changed fell apart in my fingers. Thank you so much !

Thank you, this was very helpful. I was wondering why they ran the vacuum line through there like that. I'd bypass the whole routine and replace the line if I knew where the end point was.

Thanks man, solved my problem too. Had a new starter installed and the mechanic forgot to reconnect the vacuum line. :)

Thats what usually happens those small nylon hoses get disconnected and the ac gets messed up!!

thank you * this jogged my memory that this year was controlled by vacuum so a quick check of the vacuum lines resulted in the air direction problem solved, just some baked vacuum lines 5 minute fix to replace the flexible part of the vacuum system

Thank you for a good video. I have older Caillac, 1994 Fleetwood. When AC is on, cold air blows through front vents. When heater is on, warm air barely blows at windshield, but nothing from front vents. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

either a faulty air blend door motor or possibly a vacuum leak to that motor
