Just received mine from Ali express the other day paid all up after shipping and taxes about $36.00 Australian dollars, Well worth it but my only problem with it is GPS and Siri did not work there is no place like normal watches with to turn on or off, looked every where on watch and app , turned on walking app on watch when i got back from my walk could not find where to save, for looking up later only a red x or a green arrow. still worth it for what else it does.

Becouse of its price, I won't recommend it.
Budget Chinese smartwatches that says ip68 are good only for rainy days or wash hands only.

I added all the contacts i use the most to the app and uploaded them to the watch. If the contact is added to the watch you should see the name.

In this smartwatch for the Always On Display works .
You have to select "NEVER" on screen time and than turn off the gesture feature to bright up screen when you raise your hand

Following that. I am interested too. You can go to bluetooth settings, and disable calls, but I want to set phone to answer calls by default, instead disabling watch.

The amoled screen on cheap smartwatches is most of the time poor quality.
The only way you can tell this HD screen is not amoles is at very dark places

Sad to hear that, but honestly, all the thing you mention are not normal.
It sound like your watch is damaged, you should ask for a refund.
It has to last you at least 3 days the battery. (With AOD on all day)
And the wake up screen with movement should work.( you can activate or deactivated this feature, make sure you have it on)
And it should not get hot when you wear it.
A waste of money..
