What’s the electrical noise when you turn the key? I also have a 19 model. I replaced my battery and it doesn’t make this sound anymore and the fan doesn’t come on either. Can somebody offer some guidance?
I don't have the bike anymore, but there was a service bulletin to fix that issue. Pretty much take it in to a Yamaha dealership and ask them about the delayed start Service Bulletin. They'll flash the bike with the updated tune for free.

Have you noticed the difference in sound when you place the exhaust pipe?
I don't own the bike anymore, but yes, just with the slip on, you can definitely notice a difference in sound. It sounds really nice.

Took it in to a yamaha dealership and they reflashed it for free since it's a TSB
