"In 2018, Dave Hause turned 40.
To help raise money for folks who had been devastated by recent fires and mudslides, he held a charity birthday show at Cold Spring Tavern in the Santa Barbara foothills. Free Hand Productions was on hand to film the show. Dan Andriano, Cory Branan, Tim Hause and Heather Morgan played a "Revival Tour style" show to 300 excited fans.

-This is one of those songs that I couldn't leave out of a 40th birthday show. It's fun to pull this one out the hat every now and again, it's nice to know people still can discover it and enjoy it all these years later.

Every time my gf and me listen to this song and watch the video that goes along with it , we always feel that we were there. I love that girl !!!We both think you are great and that party we will always remember ( even though we weren't really there.

I came late to the party for the Loved Ones. When I discovered they were no more, I felt robbed. Jane is SUCH an amazing song, and Spy Diddley is almost as good.
This whole show is fucking amazing. Would kill to have been there. Beautiful venue, intimate crowd, awesome music performed by guys who are pros that love what they do. I saw Dave Hause a couple months ago and right after he played his heart out for tiny crowd(not too big in Sacramento), he hops off stage and starts selling t-shirts. I was first in line.
I first saw Dave opening for Social Distortion (along with Hot Water Music) at the Stone Pony in... 2013? I think? And then again the next night in Brooklyn. I was in high school. This was one of the songs he played both nights that I absolutely loved. I know it doesn't get much play nowadays, but that's cool. It makes it that much more special on special occasions like this.
That is a show I would pay a LOT of money to see. I'm jealous that you got to see it
Hey Dave and Family, I have been listening to this show probably once a week since you put it out. Today is my 40th birthday, I wanted to start it with you all. Thank you for putting out amazing music. Your music has really been a great source of inspiration and comfort in my life. I will see you all the next time you're in town.

“Resolutions” is sortie the “one last” TLO record. I saw an interview once somewhere a thousand years ago where he said those were the songs that were going to make up the new Loved Ones record but things didn’t work out that way.
