    If you want to make a single serving cut the recipe in half.
    Items you will need :
    It’s your choice what you want to use to stage your ingredients or add the measurements as you go.
    2 separate bowls
    Aluminum pan, casserole dish or pyrex dish make sure it’s deep for a double recipe.
    Spatula
    Whisk or a mixing spoon
    Cookie sheet
    Preheat oven to 350
    Using the dish that you will cook the peach cobbler in & melt 2 sticks of butter or you can use 1 1/2 sticks of butter in the oven until melted set aside.
    Pie Batter Filing:
    Add 2 cups of Stevia sweetener, 2 cups of self rising all purpose flour to a mixing bowl whisk together.
    Add 2 cups of whole cold milk gradually until you reach your desired consistency stir until well combined.
    Peach Filling:
    6 of the 14.5 oz of no sugar peaches any brand is fine
    If you want you can drain 3 of the cans of peach & use the other 3 cans with juice it’s up to you
    1 tablespoon corn starch
    2 tablespoon of ground nutmeg
    2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
    1 tablespoon lemon juice or you can use fresh lemon squeeze
    1 tablespoon of pure or imitation vanilla extract
    Mix all ingredients until well combined mix the cornstarch well to avoid lumps.
    Add 1/2 of the pie batter filling to the dish with the butter give it a stir then add all the peach, then add the other half of the pie batter filling mix a bit.
    Add the cinnamon, sugar & nutmeg together same amount for the peach & sprinkle on top before baking. Adding a pie crust to the top is totally up to you.
    Bake for 50 min check you may need longer.
    Total bake time for the recipe was 1 hr 15 min.
